Thanks for posting! You are killing it with the off-the-beaten-path choices. I’ve been eyeing this for a while because I need a stainless-bezel diver. Wish they did this colorway with more of their mid-to-high-tier divers so I’d have more choices.

When I was probably 4 or 5 I got one of those candies and choked on it and my grandmothers neighbor grabbed me by my ankle turned me upside down and beat me on the back with her other hand while my mom & grandmother sat there & watched. Having your ass beat by a lady who was at least 80 is something you never forget!

What up Curt! Yeah the price jump on the Prospex line is a bit much. I just don't need another diver, Pepsi Crew 4 Lyfe! Thai Hot is legit. So where I live in the DC area there's just a ton of Korean fried chicken spots and this one called BBQ Chicken and Beer has these spicy chicken cheese balls and usually they aren't that hot, but got some the other day and for some reason it lit me up. I grew up eating super spicy stuff so usually it don't get me like that, but dunno I guess it was one of those days.
Urrrgh right now I'm trying to find motivation to go to the bar, it's the Halloween party there tonight, I don't have a costume, and I need to shower up. Or I can just chill and watch Shorts and drink Ultras...decisions, decisions. It'll probably take a few texts from my buddies and I'll get it into gear and end up there around 11pm for a few power hour rounds. Stay safe this weekend bro!

I'm sorry, but isn't this the "baby" marine master that used to be around 700usd few years back, so its now 1200 for reasons unknown? With better hands for sure, but come one, that doesnt warrant a 500buck increase in price. This is really the culmination of what's wrong with Seiko these days, hiking up their prices with dubious design choices. To be fair the date window looks extra sloppy without the frame too. Seiko really not putting any effort in their things these days, but I guess, less things, less things that can be misaligned I guess.
Yeah! Seiko just wants their stuff to be "higher end", I suppose! The good thing is you can find these for much cheaper! My buddy got his for 600! Used of, course. Just wait 'till you see the Seiko I just got in the mail. Oh my it's a disaster :)
@@minitwatch Seiko wanting to be higher end is still different from actually doing the required changes to make the watches higher end. Their prospex line is still plagued by misaligned dials/chapter rings, poorly regulated movements and dust. Basically 300-400usd watches with +500usd mark up.
I also need reading glasses now, just to see my watches more clearly. Getting old....
