  • Had the worst leg workout session ever. Watch the video to see the struggles and learn from my experience.
    Don't forget to warm up before starting and cool down after to prevent injury and aid recovery.

    Protect your back at all times especially when you're starting to feel pain , you were smart not to go too heavy on the squats , your back is your foundation for supporting yourself , I once hurt mine when I was 14 , and still to this day I feel the pain , and now I'm in my 50's be smart, train smart , you did the right thing , yes sir !

    I also had a tired, sore , no power workout day but we still showed yo & did it. Tomorrow will be easier. Fuel, rest & recovery ❤️‍🩹

    Use a belt bro it hurts because it needs to grow like your coach told you lower back training keep pushing need to listen feel what Lewis Tryna help you overcome & realise look at Ronnie training different to flex etc 8 times that's unreal he lifted like a powerlifter and bodybuilder that's why his the greatest you need. To realise utilised your strength I believe in you can do it you used to lift heavy with Larry now combine that too. Push to your limits police officer to the best 8 time Mr O. Now your turn engineering & Mr O walking lunges with weights in the car park and all. Come on Brada marn 🙏🏾💙💯😇💪🏾✅🔥👍🏾
