When nine took all of the prism energy of sonic you can see that shadow was sad and that means that shadow cares about sonic and shadow saved his life
One thing I don’t enjoy about Sonic prime…Sonic being a punching bag the entire series
I agree. With Movie Sonic I don’t mind him getting hurt or struggling as he’s a younger less experienced Sonic and always makes a comeback. Prime Sonic’s supposedly the same as Game Sonic which makes the ass whoopings repetitive and tiring
In Sonic Prime the characters are relatable, and that's a big win. Also despite so many characters, the real focus is on just three, (Sonic, Shadow and Nine) this make things easier to follow.
Honestly I liked Sonic. I didn't think he was irritating. Mostly, he seems the kid with low attention span but kind hearted and very self aware.
Nine, I like the twist of him getting drunk of power. I said getting drunk because he himself was not aware of his dark side before finding the prism. Yet, sometimes his attitude toward Sonic felt a bit tyrannicalbeven before the betrayal.
Shadow is caring and more balanced, but also extremely closed off and socially awkward. He is comfortable enough around Sonic, also quite open to him but he appears anxious when surrounded by strangers.

I like Sonic Prime but the Chaos council were wasted potential. They really should have been the different incarnations of Robotnik from over the years, from classic, to modern, to even Adventures or Satam. Heck, the director tried to get Scratch and Grounder in the show.

don’t get me wrong I love sonic series, but isn’t it kind of strange how for some reason and almost every series not counting sonic X Sonic for some reason sounds so taken back when somebody blocks or guards his spin dash like dude it’s just a slap
