@Jaycezilla III Well, GMK has Mothra empowering Ghidorah after Godzilla was the one who killed her, there's a fair bit of role reversal there. Also, if it was really a reference to GMK, Godzilla would have died to Ghidorah after supercharging his gravity beams lol

@@Ryuu1010YT Godzilla of any kind would not be able to even take a step without falling apart. Especially the 1998 Godzilla with those theropod legs. No animal that size could walk with those kinds of legs. Elephant or sauropod legs are preferable. And would also not be able to run that fast, if at all, or even move in any way that fast. And a slim body is not possible for an animal that size. Maybe it would survive in the water. In fact, the TOHO Japanese Godzilla body type is more realistic with all its bulk than the 1998 so-called Godzilla. To resist the detrimental influence of gravity on the earth. None of them is possible to live on our planet or in our universe with its laws of physics. Alto the body type and posture of the Japanese Godzilla is more realistic to survive on land and especially in water when we compare both of those fictional creatures.
I love this theme. I know it was really supposed to represent godzilla, the big deep slow and powerful notes, and the SDF, the lighter faster notes that grow louder and faster as it goes, but it is still perfect for when godzilla fights the other monsters.

I wonder what would've happened if they had succeeded in killing Godzilla, and then SpaceGodzilla had showed up.

+Shadow07Warrior1989 Wrong. Spacegodzilla would have still shown up, considering the fact that Spacegodzilla came into existance because either Biollante or Mothra (or both) accidentally carried G Cells into space.
This happened years before, so Godzillas death would make no difference.
But I think that Mechagodzilla 2 would kick Spacegodzillas ass.
+BenniRoR The problem with your argument, kiddo, is that it revolves around the idea of "what if the series continued without Godzilla." It wouldn't have. If Toho had killed Godzilla off in this film the franchise would have come to an end and Spacegodzilla would never have even been cerated.
That's a fact, plain and simple.
Maybe they'd have changed the ending of GvMGII to give a nod to Baby growing up like they did with Junior at the end of GvD. But again the fact is that without Godzilla there is no Godzilla franchise. Had he been killed off, Toho would have had no reason to continue the franchise or create Spacegodzilla.
You can think about the scenario in a fan fiction story if you'd like, but otherwise my statement about the franchise ending in the event of his death in this film still stands.

Yeah and the only problem is they most likely would have killed the baby Godzillasaurus to keep him from growing up as most likely in the eyes of G-Force if they kill the baby then Godzilla's lineage would have ended with the deaths of Godzilla and his son especially that Japanese General who shows an extreme hatred for Godzilla for some reason.
Well, at the end of Godzilla vs. Destoroyah, jr. grows into a full-grown Godzilla. So they probably couldn’t kill him without another series of movies. (Which would be awesome)

To further humiliate you, here's a piece of fact for you: At no time did I say in my original comment that the opening was not in the original film. That was you misreading what I typed and is a complete and utter failure on your part to read and comprehend with any level of proficiency.
You need to go back to elementary school reading class kid. I think you skipped out on it a few too many times.

The cue is not original to the Godzilla March. That's why you (or whoever you got the audio from) had to copy and paste it into the video. That's why the audio cuts out completely both times. If it were original to the Godzilla March they'd have flowed seamlessly together without any cuts.
That cue is in the film, yes. But it only plays once for a few seconds to accentuate the moment of Godzilla's rise after almost getting killed.
Fact of film composition for you: Every cue in a film score, no matter how short, is its own piece of music.
Further proof of this lies in the fact that after this cue plays the scene cuts from Godzilla to Baby and the humans for a few seconds where there is no music playing at all. The scene then returns to Godzilla and the Godzilla March begins as its own separate cue.
Those are facts of film scoring kiddo. Deal with it. Your sloppy inclusion of that brief cue is not original to the Godzilla March as a piece of music and you lowered the quality of your video by including it (twice).
+BenniRoR Yes I know what I'm talking about, and I'll take a wild guess and say you have never graduated from college as a music/recording arts major. Well I am a Music/Recording Arts Major and Graduate. Both music and audio are my life and I've been a Godzilla fan for over 20 years now. There's not a single thing you know about the Godzilla franchise that I don't know as well.
If you prefer to call the glitch a hiccup or quite simply a mistake, then we can call it that. Glitch. Hiccup. Mistake. Drop out. Fuck up. Whatever you'd like to call it we can call it. But the fact is that the cue is not "original" to the Godzilla March of the film.
Was it played before the March in the film chronologically speaking? Yes. It is part of and considered "original" to the March in the film? Absolutely not.
Giganfan 997 (or whoever he got the audio from) copied and pasted that brief cue twice before playing the actual Godzilla March which is a separate piece of music in the film and soundtrack.
Know how I know that? Music and audio education at its finest.
When two unrelated pieces of audio are forced together in a sloppy manner such as this, they create a hiccup (glitch/mistake/fuck up, etc). Sometimes it's just a cut out where the audio suddenly disappears. Sometimes it's a tick or a popping sound. But no matter how you hear it it's a mistake.
Listen to giganfan's video again. Do you hear how the music cuts out completely at around 0:04 and then does so AGAIN shortly after when the cue is played a second time before the Godzilla March begins. If these two cues were actually meant to be seen as one with the Godzilla March, they'd flow freely and seamlessly from one to the next without any audio disturbances.
That's a glitch, or hiccup (or fuck up) as I said earlier caused by giganfan 997 pasting it rather sloppily in front of the Godzilla March where it doesn't belong and proving without any doubts that the cue is not original the March itself as a piece of music.
There is nothing, and I mean nothing, you can say that will change that fact.
That opening cue (which only plays once in the film) is its own piece of music in the film's score meant to accentuate the moment when Godzilla rises again after almost getting killed.
A bit of education for you on film scoring: Every cue, no matter how short (sometimes as short as 2 seconds or as long as 15+ minutes) is considered its own piece of music in a film score. That also is undeniable proof that the cue is not "original" to the Godzilla March.
This particular little 4 second cue has no relation to the Godzilla March of the film whatsoever. The cue's sole purpose was to accentuate the moment of triumph as Godzilla stands up and prepares to finish his fight with Mechagodzilla. But the Godzilla March is a separate cue all its own in the film being yet further proven by the fact that the film cuts away from Godzilla after that cue is played to Baby and the humans (during which time no music is present) and then going back to Godzilla and playing the Godzilla March.
Now for the sake of courtesy, I'll admit that giganfan 997 has every right to cut and paste that cue (or whatever other music or sound effects he wants) wherever he wants in his youtube uploads. But all the same that cue has no real relation to the Godzilla March and it is therefore a superfluous and meaningless addition to his video. All the cue's (double) inclusion does is lower the quality of giganfan's video by giving us that hiccup (twice) where the audio cuts out before the Godzilla March begins.
My primary statement before this little argument began still stands BenniRoR: I am not a fan of giganfan's inclusion of that cue (which is my opinion), and the real reason everyone comes to watch this video is to hear the real Godzilla March (which is a cold, hard fact whether giganfan likes it or not).
No matter how you look at it the Godzilla March in the film is a separate piece of music from that cue. Giganfan can add the cue wherever he wants as many times as he wants, but it's not "original" to the Godzilla March nor will it ever be.
As I said, I know what I'm talking about.

If you could read then the phrase "I don't care for the little opener, but the main piece itself is what we're all here for" says very clearly that I don't like giganfan's inclusion of the cue but the Godzilla March is the reason we're here. At no point did I make it sound like the Godzilla March was the problem. That's just your misinterpretation and poor reading and comprehension skills at work.
