I just got Zindrew chili oil X batch, one of my favorites so far. A lot of garlic and spicy, I love it so far. I didn't try it with food yet, just opened it a few minutes ago. Noodles tonight and dumplings this weekend.
8 years ago i tried Mike's chilli oil 1.0 recipe - very easy to make and very tasty. Never tried others cause i love it so much. Not aware that he already sell them hot oil.
Edit: just want to update that I did try the regular version as well and that one is a bit spicier but is also super salty and not as flavorful as the garlic one, so pick your poison ig
I just got mine in today and I don't know if there's been changes but it's not that hot and has a very distinct garlic taste. Also, it is very dense and not a lot of oil in its own (which is good)...unless you find Sriracha or laoganma chili crisp too spicy, I doubt you'll find these to be much spicier...I used plenty on some fried rice and while it was tasty, I didn't think it was too spicy or even spicy enough for me to sweat or reach for some water or anything. Not trying to brag or anything, just fyi if you like really spicy, these are not that spicy

He said this one was spicer. I’m a heat wimp so should have tried his original. Shipping was expensive so never got around to it.
