I've got a 2024 MacBook Pro, thunderbolt 4 connections. Using an OWC dock, I have this plugged in, software installed, looks ready to start file sharing. However, the software is not recognizing anything connected to my doc, even via USB3. I can't start transferring with any of my GoPro's or SD cards. Is this because my MacBook is connected to the dock via thunderbolt 4?

I bought this specifically for the filling feature. I would say within the first year the display started losing some of the portions of the digital digits. Now about 3 years in its unreadable and not usable. I'm on here now because its started having issues brewing. Its been great for 3 years since I dont use the clock or the programming features anyways. We will see if I can get it back to brewing normally.

How full was it when you heated it? Of course, the time it takes to heat up will depend on how much water you put in it!

The less than 4 cups is such an important feature! Less than 4 cups/aka Small Batch button, brews at a slower pace to allow a longer coffee grounds-to-water time. Result..... you get a more rich, sweeter cup. One can taste the difference! I only make 4 cups at a time to make sure I drink freshly brewed coffee. The 4 cup and less brew cycle and the high temp heat pump to brew between 190 and 200 degrees are the 2 most important features.

Edit: just want to update that I did try the regular version as well and that one is a bit spicier but is also super salty and not as flavorful as the garlic one, so pick your poison ig I just got mine in today and I don't know if there's been changes but it's not that hot and has a very distinct garlic taste. Also, it is very dense and not a lot of oil in its own (which is good)...unless you find Sriracha or laoganma chili crisp too spicy, I doubt you'll find these to be much spicier...I used plenty on some fried rice and while it was tasty, I didn't think it was too spicy or even spicy enough for me to sweat or reach for some water or anything. Not trying to brag or anything, just fyi if you like really spicy, these are not that spicy

8 years ago i tried Mike's chilli oil 1.0 recipe - very easy to make and very tasty. Never tried others cause i love it so much. Not aware that he already sell them hot oil.
