My son has the puzzle box from hellraiser but it actually pulls apart an you can put it in different configurations and change the shape . Its a really cool fidget toy. I also find crocheting good for fidgets it keep my hand occupied and stops me from pulling my hair ( i tend to pull my hair out when stressed or bored and end up with bald patches) my eldest son ( we are a nurodivergent household) likes to bulid lego and make complex creations of his own and he also likes to make things out of blue tack / white tack and his favourite thing to do at school is to go and use the shredder in the school office ( they save all the shredding work in the school for him) as its quiet stress relieving for him and it gives him something other than his clothing to destroy.
I love the puzzle box. We have a large plastic one you can open that’s meant to hold the DVDs inside 😂 Even before I knew that I was ND, I didn’t like alot of fidget toys such as fidget spinners, pop it’s etc when they became popular again. But then after finding about being AuDHD I had a lot of memories come flooding back over time and I even had them as a kid but my thing has always been puzzles, magnets, things that connect like gears etc so that alone unlocked what I needed to look for in a fidget toy and I’ve finally invested in a cheap one to keep in my purse that just folds in two directions infinitely. It’s simple but it’s a great distraction when Im not home.
I recently got the silver infinity cube from Kaiko, and MAN. I seriously can’t put this thing down. It helps my brain zone out a bit. And then when I finally DO put it down, the resulting silence is 👌🏼.
Some of the fidgets I use are sensory therapy brushes, koosh balls, worry stones and other small crystals, stress balls and other different shaped squishies, tear resistant stress balls, an infinity cube, a fidget cube.
I have this nice smooth river stone that I adore with all my being, I've rubbed the smoothness off in the last few months and it's getting triggering for me now which I hate, I'm looking for ways to get it back to perfect smoothness without leaving it in a river or creek bed for a few years and I'm looking for more fidget toys to satiate my brain until I get my rock back smooth. I loved the cube, but I love mechanical things more than squishy so I'd really love to have a mechanical cenobite cube, I just hope I don't open a gate to hell while stimming 💀🤣
If you want to make your rock smooth again get a rock tumbler ,it smooths rocks ,crystals ,and glass like they have been in the river or the sea .they are a bit pricey i think they start at around £200 but worth investing in if you like collecting cool looking stones and rocks but you dont like the textures.
I like rocks, stones I've found myself. I have a very smooth flat one that feels really nice in my hands, and another I got recently from the beach of Lake Michigan. It's smooth is spots and rough in others, which lets me hold it firmly while rubbing the smooth parts.
I love pressure, so i also have a cubicle now. But one that gives light wwooowwww haha I just to also have a little snake to turn around in my hand, but doesnt work since i'm used to losing that thing haha😊
I’ll definitely download your book my husband is autistic and OCD idk what can I do in order to help him to don’t overwhelm quickly but I read fidgets can help so here I am 😅THNAK YOU! Btw he doesn’t have any fidget before their friend use to make fun of him so he’s shy to use it imma try to help him tho
I use sticky notes and some stupid origami technique for a mini cootie catcher I can use during class. You just fold it into a boomerang but cut the adhesive first

Anything else is a deception. With Jesus' sacrifice on the cross, He set an example for us. We now work out our salvation by changing the way that we live by imitating Christ. Rubik's cube! Learned how to solve it last summer. Best zone out toy eva!
I use a tangle , any orbeez stress balls or mesh ones without the mesh and Flippy chains
I love those 3d printed spiral fidgets😊
No kidding... my body was already tingling by watching and imaging how these things would stimulate my senses. I need to get them!
44 years old and still fidget with my fingers and cuticles. I don't have to remember to bring them anywhere
The stone man is really cool and sandy and i just love the texture and spind
I usually just fidget with my phone but I’ve got a rainbow slug, a glow in the dark slime ball and I usually just play with soft things.

I use a silicone snapper thing. It is chewable and fun to play with 👍

LOVE the ono roller. Never go anywhere without mine!
Hanayama puzzles are awesome
I use a thing called 12 sided fidget cube, different textures on each cube! I just love it
I have a fidget cube the original one. I rub it or squeeze I hard when I get anxious or just play with the knobs I need and ono roller though
I use sticky notes and some stupid origami technique for a mini cootie catcher I can use during class. You just fold it into a boomerang but cut the adhesive first
I use my Wacky Tracks alot.
I don’t know which fidget I like, I can’t seem to find one I love. I like the ring spinner but I fear I’d become attached to it and need it always.
I use my rainbow slug, sand man and my pop it :))
🗿
Good hand workout as well, yeah?
I could definitely use the oh no, I'm always trying to think that my hand away that thing moves
I personally really hate these stress balls because they kind of suck for me . 😭
The tough foam ones , to be clear , not the sand ones . Squishies are very soft so they're okay
Do you like squishy stuff?
I have asd and adhd
Where did u get the island head
🗿
I use dough stress balls and fidget spinners
Tangles/fidget rings
I have adhd
Try tangles.
Bubble wrap.
Fidget toys don't work for me. I bite my nails and I hate the result.
