I actually make stress balls! You can make them with flour or dried cuscus. The flour is soft, while the cuscus is gritty! Then, you use a bottle filled with your flour etc and funnel it into a balloon. I recommend using a second ballon to wrap around the first to help it from breaking!☺️☺️
I made this once but didn't use a second balloon. My cousin sqeesed it too hard and it popped and got flour all over himself and everything around him. It was kinda funny ngl
I've used tiny slinkies for many years. You can order them. One inch diameter, no more. They feel wonderful, and I have a complicated way of flipping them inside one hand. Great. Perfect to carry in pockets.
The Fidget Cube is my favorite, especially one of the inaudible buttons on the side that looks like a die. I also like the rocker switch, I’ll usually toggle it back and forth with both of my thumbs when I’m waiting to be picked up from work.
I really want the clicks, the cube, and both the multi use toys (fidget cube and the other one idk the name of). I find fidget toys great but something annoying is schools ban them and if you get special permission to use it you're set limits on how you can use them and have to argue with every teacher that you have been given permission.
My desk is covered in toys. The one that gets used the most is my spinner ring. Easy to take around with me everywhere, end up using it all the time in social situations. It's also not too annoying to others.
My favorite stim toys are zip ties, but they have to be at least 14 inches long. I can carry them around at work and no one is the wiser, and you can always use them. Of course, I must stim privately but having zip ties with me helps keep me calm on especially anxious days. My daughter is starting to take to them as well.
My son (8 years old) loves puzzle snakes. His stims have always been very mild (he hums) and is pretty easy to keep happy with something of that nature.
My favourite fidget/stimming toy is a Rubik's cube (speedcube). It helps me focus when I solve it and is very relaxing when I turn it randomly or practice algorithms. And it is good practice for the European championship!
My brother and sister-in-law own an educational toy shop in London and they sent me a KLIXX today in purple and green (my favourite colour combo!) and it's SO good!! I also had a Tangle with so many different types of pieces (textured, rubbery, fuzzy, etc.) from my psychiatrist when I was younger which helped, too!
Thanks to your vids, I just caught on I'm probably a misdiagnosed Aspie (29 yrs old). It's been really hard. Extremely difficult to function in this society lol We're almost 100 our son (6 yrs) is Aspie also. Been trying to figure out how to help him for 3 years now- he's going through hell in school. Going for eval together soon. Thanks to you. :) Much love from Charleston, SC, Dan!
I've just been diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome and honestly I feel so much better knowing I can be myself as I suffer from high anxiety. My favourite stimming item is a basic Hairband 😂I have a topknot man bun so I use that to fidget in college
My favourite stim toys are 'mochi toys' and this reallllly soft pom which my boyfriends nan brought me for christmas. I love the squishy texture of the mochi toys and the soft texture of the pom, they both really soothe me.
I use a washer (about an inch in diameter). I flip it in my fingers, feel the edges, stick my finger in the center and spin it, and run my fingers around it. It's great because you can find them anywhere, one edge is rounded and smooth while the other isn't, it's small, it's very discrete, it's cheap, and you can do whatever you want with it.
Thanks very helpful!! Love these recommendations and LOVE that you are a fellow autistic and not a autism mom! A fidget spinner just never worked out for me.
My favourite actual fidget toy is tangle or magic snake (however it is currently lost) but for school I usually end up playing with pen grips or rubber wristbands since I can twist and squash them as well as bite them instead of my fingers
I use any sort of dough/putty/moldable stuff most for stimming. I'm an artist so I have lots of modeling clay that never dries so I use that a lot. I've been stimming with it for years without realizing it was a stim.
I enjoy the Infinity Cubes a lot. I got 2 purple galaxy ones...in case I lose one. And then there is a blue textured plastic one that is different. It would be nice to try the metal ones, but they are more expensive.
i have specific bracelets and ribbons that im very attached to and i twirl them in my hands whenever i get the chance. i cant really describe it or why i love it, i just do and i always have since i was a baby.
Good info. Those fidget spinners are everywhere now. In the 70's it was all about record players, pin wheels, baloons (anything that spins or has wheels) to calm children down. 😄 God bless you. 💝😉
I have a pen that looks and functions as a little car, I love the wheels spinning, but it is a bit noisy. I sew marble labyrinths, those are just a nice soft piece of fabric and a glass marble sewed in with "walls" (simple straight lines sewn in). It is either a rectangle in a pocket size or made with a snap button to also be a bracelet. My number three would be the holodisc, Aspiana offered on her homepage, but I think, she only offers them locally now.
I hope you do more videos about autism because your explanation is really great And there are many people who have difficulty understanding children and people with autism
I like a rubber ball threaded on a bungee cord. You throw it at the wall and it Springs back at you because the other end is connected around your wrist. The ball is also good for squeezing. The ball also helps with anxiety and coordination because all my close friends know I'm quite clumsy. 😄
Well I don’t have just one favourite.. sometimes I love jumping up and down. But my usual stim toys I have ALWAYS have around are fidget ring (the chain in the middle of the ring can spin but not for very long) and my two chewigem products which are my necklace that looks like a rainbow lollipop and my wavy rainbow bracelet..
I like your editing style which gives that autistic feel. I was a head banger and a whirling dervish type of kid. These days I am sure I'd be medicated up the yin-yang.
Something weird that I’ve found is that I love the sound of drums when they play a cadence in the stands (I’m in band) but I can’t handle a single drummer playing (unless it’s a solo or something within a cadence) or playing on a practice pad. I think it’s because the cadences are organized. For example, I can’t handle the lunchroom. It’s disorganized, random noises and I think it may be something about the chaos just stresses me out. The cadences just get me pumped :)
My favorite is... Idk what its called but its like a silicone spikey ball thing i also need a finger puppet on one finger i am getting an infinity cube, rubix cube and fidget cube for my birthday so it might change
My favorite fidget toy... My knees. I stim, and I jounce my knees. I do this even more than I rock. Usually this is when I'm not in public. A few times it's started in public places, and I've known enough to stop myself before someone notices and starts making trouble.
My fave are stress balls and I’m fighting with one I got today whilst watching this vid it’s a sausage dog filled with I think sand and it’s so stretchy and soothing and yeah I got this about 3hours ago from my Nan for Christmas and I have none stop put it down I’m in love with it 💗👁👄👁
I really love fidget cubes and the ball things which are stretchy and have some sort of liquid in it as well as glitter inside ( I have no idea what they are called)
My grandson, which I adore❤❤❤❤ what should I buy him for Christmas? He is 12. He's very smart. It is loveable and sensitive at times. Augustin I love you so much!!!
That's right, he has a bouncy ball to aspie with attitude. Would you travel to Australia and do a talk and meet some autism youtubers or autistic people and do a blog? I know it sounds a long way it's by plane I hear stopping half way in Dubai is popular on the way though.
My ring and necklace, I like fidgeting with them, it has become a habit and it's not too distracting to other people so it allows me to fidget discretely
Do the red buttons that you push down on the fidget cube feel like bubble wrap? I know the snake toy sounds like bubble wrap but I like feel and the sound together the best.
i dont like flapping my hands out in public it just seems weird but if im out with my bf, i have a little scorbunny plush, and ill kinda play with him or flap him around which feels a lot better than just flapping XD
Hi Don, or is it Dan? It's been a while since I watched one of your vids. I don't know why but your vids are somehow soothing. Is a stim toy the same as a fidget toy? I love to fiddle around with very soft fabrics like silk or mini cuddle toys. Are there fidget toys made of silk that one can squeeze?
I dont have a favorite fidgit toy... I have been looking but nothing I've found has been convenient enough to hold all the time. I've tried a lot of different things too. Maybe a toy with a texture on it that I can rub my fingers on, something that doesnt make any noise. Most fidgets I do find that I like, it's too noisy for people I am with. I need one that makes zero noise, no noise at all. Any of these things that make even the slightest, soft tiny sounds are bothersome to ppl around me.
I would love a klixx, but they just don’t exist in the U.K. from what I can find...only America. Even the one you linked is coming from America and is super expensive :( £35 for a long thing of plastic? As much as I love it and would enjoy it, I can’t justify that price tag 😔 If anyone knows any cheaper alternatives I’d be grateful.

Yes it is an old classic!
Tangles are fab, my putty and slimes are also awesome. I’d like to find a small fidget spinner.
I really want the clicks, the cube, and both the multi use toys (fidget cube and the other one idk the name of). I find fidget toys great but something annoying is schools ban them and if you get special permission to use it you're set limits on how you can use them and have to argue with every teacher that you have been given permission.
What are the set limits
On a side note does anyone remember the computer mouse that had the ball on the side I was obsessed with those
Do you mean a trackball mouse?
www.amazon.com/s?k=trackball+mouse&ref=nb_sb_noss_1
Yes lol I loved those
Although the ones I remember had the ball on the side instead of the top
My desk is covered in toys. The one that gets used the most is my spinner ring. Easy to take around with me everywhere, end up using it all the time in social situations. It's also not too annoying to others.

i think you are a good parent

YES!! The kilxx is my favourite! Thank you so much for the comment! Please subscribe to my channel to see more videos from me :).
I ordered a sensory box from Amazon. The klixx was one of the items. It is absolutely my favorite!
My favorite for stimming is the Fidget Cube.
I love magnets! Two earth magnets and I can be amused for at least half hour.
Thanks to your vids, I just caught on I'm probably a misdiagnosed Aspie (29 yrs old). It's been really hard. A extra toy for people with autism is a Rubik’s cube. I personally think it helps with my stress and helps me focus
Tangles are my current favourite. I also like the weight of the metal fidget spinners, plus I like the sound more than the plastic ones.
I love tangles and silicone brushes!!
My favourite stim toy is Aaron's thinking putty because it's not sticky and it's firm and made from silicone so it never dries out.
I've just been diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome and honestly I feel so much better knowing I can be myself as I suffer from high anxiety. My favourite stimming item is a basic Hairband 😂I have a topknot man bun so I use that to fidget in college
Currently in the process of getting diagnosed/screened. These toys have always seemed to help me out
My favourite stim toys are 'mochi toys' and this reallllly soft pom which my boyfriends nan brought me for christmas. I love the squishy texture of the mochi toys and the soft texture of the pom, they both really soothe me.
Where's my mild Autism gang at??
As somebody who's never even tried autism toys, this video intrigues me, so thank you :>
I have the ONO roller jr, the fidget cube and the fidget pad that looks like a game controller and it's fun to use
Yes!!! Love the ono
I use a washer (about an inch in diameter). I flip it in my fingers, feel the edges, stick my finger in the center and spin it, and run my fingers around it. Bike chain is my current favourite but I also like nice cube
My favourite actual fidget toy is tangle or magic snake (however it is currently lost) but for school I usually end up playing with pen grips or rubber wristbands since I can twist and squash them as well as bite them instead of my fingers
I LOVE "AUTISM", EVERYONE ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
I use any sort of dough/putty/moldable stuff most for stimming. I'm an artist so I have lots of modeling clay that never dries so I use that a lot. I've been stimming with it for years without realizing it was a stim.

That’s a very good insight into the older spinners!! Thank you so much for the comment! Please subscribe to my channel to see more videos from me :).

I got the game controller fidget pad it's amazing I love all fidget functions on it's comfortable in my pocket
Thank you so much for the comment! Please subscribe to my channel to see more videos from me :).

Favourite stim toy is the tangle toy, they're affordable and discreet as well. Second is a chewy
I have a ladder thing that interested me so much. It has a nice click and allows repetetive motion which I love.

I might check some of those out for my son I know he really liked fidget spinners for a while and he was really into squishies for a while

I wish the first fidget was noisy, because I love them, and very calming
I made an infinity cube years ago. just need dice and tape. and if you want to put a picture on,, take a sticker, cut it up and stick um on.
Hi Dan my daughter love the Tangle Junior. Her school also likes it because it quite.
Pop its and floam are really nice
I love my fidget pad/remote
I Have Autism, ADHD, and Cerebral Palsy, and I am always trying to do something or bounce around.
I’m on the spectrum. I always have fridges toys. I have a ring that I wear that has a middle part that rotates. It’s awesome!
Ари Фёдорович do you have a link for this ring? Or know the name/brand ?
Lego, Fidget Spinners and Fidget Cubes were the bomb growing up.
Fidget spinner or fidget cube or a tangle there my go to ones
My favorite is... Idk what its called but its like a silicone spikey ball thing i also need a finger puppet on one finger
i am getting an infinity cube, rubix cube and fidget cube for my birthday so it might change
I absolutely love my Fidget spinner it's Orange an glows in the dark !!!!!!!! Thanks for showing these awesome Autism toys Dan !!!!!
My favorite fidget toy...
My knees. I stim, and I jounce my knees. I do this even more than I rock. Usually this is when I'm not in public. A few times it's started in public places, and I've known enough to stop myself before someone notices and starts making trouble.
That last one is called a fidget pad. I have the exact same one, I always carry it in my pocket. It’s better than a fidget cube in my opinion
My fave are stress balls and I’m fighting with one I got today whilst watching this vid it’s a sausage dog filled with I think sand and it’s so stretchy and soothing and yeah I got this about 3hours ago from my Nan for Christmas and I have none stop put it down I’m in love with it 💗👁👄👁
My daughter likes to stim by playing/fidgeting with her beads while rep, saying the days events.
I’m an aspie! I love the klixx! I don’t have it technically but something off brand like it!
Augustin I love you so much!!!
color coded matching color ball
That's right, he has a bouncy ball to aspie with attitude.

I know it sounds a long way it's by plane I hear stopping half way in Dubai is popular on the way though.
I've been unintentionally using my witcher medallion, but now I'm starting to feel I should try fidget stuff
And how abt scented, soft, cuddly toys to fiddle with?
Deborah Swart I like the lip gloss things from Claire's you can get fluffy ones or silicone ones that might be a bit squishy idk I get the fluffy ones
My favourite fidget is a simple dimple and I have autism I am also a huge fan
My ring and necklace, I like fidgeting with them, it has become a habit and it's not too distracting to other people so it allows me to fidget discretely
matthew murphy my ring doesn’t fit my finger anymore so i had to put in on a necklace. but it’s really like a two in one at this point
You should review the Tangle toy
Tangle toy??
@@TheAspieWorld Yeah, i meant to say ”Tangle fidget” It’s really helpful for my ADHD

Peace and love world! ❤
love you bunches dan
I use a piece of ribbon, twirling it round my finger, wrapping finger or pushing under the nail.... is this weird?
I used to love the clacker balls
I love the fidget cube. My favorite parts are rotating gears, the rolling ball, and the joystick the grooved part. I used them the most
A rubber band. I could amuse myself with a rubber band quite easily.
Thanks for the shout out! I will have to get some metal fidget spinners.
Hey no problem bro
Of course, ball bearings are also quite good at relieving stress and anxiety.
For example:
th-cam.com/video/KekChFdIe00/w-d-xo.html
The clicks is actually called a wacky track
Amazon link please
