ABOUT THIS VIDEO:
Autism and chewing is something that goes hand in hand. Until now I have just been using sensory toys to help with anxiety and meltdowns. I recently realised that you can get autism chew necklace or chew toys for people on the autism spectrum.
Chewigem are a company who made autism chew toys uk and are awesome at it! The items they sent me are AWESOME I love each and every one of them. The company make chewable toys for autism, sensory chew necklace, and lots more autism gadget type items.
It’s awesome to finally have sensory toys that I can chew on that won’t hurt my teeth or the item, this is a huge step forward for me with chewers and chewable sensory toys for autism.
I highly recommend you check them out at the link in the first two lines of the description of this video. A big thank you from The Aspire World to ChewiGgem for the package.

Great idea
The Aspie World so do you do have aspbugers
Green juice?
Is there anything softer? I tend to chew on my blankets and stuffed animals. (Or my boyfriend’s hoodie lol, it’s out of love tho)
I love that you’re an adult that’s reviewing these! It really normalizes chewing to stim in adults with sensory stuff going on in their brains
I used to chew up plastic bottle caps, headphone wires, my fingers, and water bottle straws. (Pro tip: if you can't afford a chewy, Bubba reusable straws are very similar to chew tubes.)
Now, I have two necklaces from Stimtastic, one for light chewing and one for medium. The muscles around my mouth and jaw have pretty low tone so medium is the max I like to use. Light is great for when I feel like grinding my teeth, medium is for when I need to chew. If you've read all that..have a great day/night!
Yes!!!
I’m currently chewing on my headphones wires
Still chew on all those
Sophie The Dinosaur same, shi-
Autism Shmautism i have chewed a bottles straw so much its half broken.

Autism and adhd with auditory sensory boi is that relatable
I was looking at the dog walk by, too! 😅
I looked at the dog walk by and completely ignored what he was saying, thanks for the stamp 🙏
Oh wow, this makes a lot of sense now. No wonder I compulsively chew on things.
Yup!!!
Same
AceTheMemeLorde ahh same >~
Same!!! This has actually caused a huge eating problem. Ive tried buying tons of gum. Tic-tacs. Smoking. But I need to chew something.
same here! i am trying to stop biting my nails or chewing on the end of my pen while i work so i ordered some
I love how on these videos you don't ramble on and on like lots of TH-camrs do, it's straight to the point but not rushed, as an autistic person myself your videos are probably the only ones that i watch all the way through. I applaud you :D
Diagnosed late. I chew on my fingernails, the edges of my fingers, the insides of my cheeks, biscuits and chocolate (to the point of harm as a child, people commented but didn't take note... then I got my hands on more food items as an adult, so less harm, but bad diet). Now I'm at high risk of diabetes and am finally realising I NEED something chewable to help me. Thanks for this video and others! It's really helping! (I used to ruin pencil tops too.)
Ahh yes this is what I hear from many people. Thank you so much for the comment! Please subscribe to my channel to see more videos from me :).
Can I ask what you were diagnosed with? Can relate
@@TheSocialDancers Autism Spectrum Disorder. Still no luck finding something that gives me the right hmmm..chew satisfaction, but I am trying to find healthier alternatives, such as raw peanuts (thankfully I'm not allergic). I also regularly get headaches and migraines after too much social interaction, or shutdown completely.
@@Bearingz have you tried any of these chew accessories?
@@TheSocialDancers I have tried a few items from Chewigem, specifically the bracelets and geotag pendant, but they didn't really work for me as it seems I need to be able to bite fully through. Looking into things that give similar sensation with my hands, such as crunchy snow stress balls. :)
I always chew the skin of my fingers, but only the skin around the nail around it, until it bleeds and hurts, and then I feel good ...or under the shower on the rubber of the handle of razor
Yup me to!!!
Me too
Lately, I've been considering the fact that I might have ADHD. I chew on the skin inside my mouth to the point that it will bleed, and especially do so when I'm stressed. This review really is great, especially sense I'm so new to any sort of sensory toys. Thank you!
Chewing on your mouth is also I sign of ocd! Strange but it is..
I am almost 60 years old and have always responded to stress the same way! I work in public school and know a lot of students that could definitely benefit from these! Thanks for sharing!
Hey no problem, thank you for the comment!!!
I've only had.negative ways to expel sensory issues during meltdowns, most notably with head banging, clawing and hand/arm biting so it's good knowing there are helpful tools for that. I didn't even know I was autistic for a while but I always craved something I could keep on me to help with that.
Emotional regulation is like a strange language that you don't speak at first, but the more you practice and try stuff the more automatic it will be to you. Keep working hard on it, at first I used to go mind blank when my therapist said "use your resources" now I know exactly what she means. Three years into therapy I've got two boxes for two different kind of reactions I've got and they are full. Best of luck to you.
This is great. I tend to sort of gently chew on my hands when I'm stressed, but that really freaks people out. The dog tags would probably work well for me. No doubt people would still stare, but I think they would freak less.
😬
I tend to chew on my hands and my cheeks. Also, I have chomped on my cell phone when I was having a meltdown. I bought a chew for around my neck recently but it's a tad too thick for regular use, but still good for meltdowns. My problem is a bit strange. I like to grab a bit of my inner cheek and run it between my teeth. Sometimes I nibble on it as well. I have scars from it as I've done it most of my life and I'm 37 now. I am going to try to find a thinner one to run between my teeth instead.
The main reason I have done it for so long because my family was uneducated about Aspergers and would attribute all of my stimming to my eyesight issues.
Ah yeah. You should cHeck our the range of items: www.chewigem.co.uk/ref/9/
I do the same thing!
My 15 year old son is on the spectrum (as am I) and he bit his phone and shattered the screen, it still works though, during a meltdown this week. His phone is his most precious possession and he is very worried about the cost and us being mad. I always have insurance on his phones, especially because he gets mad when the operating system or an app don't allow him to customize their functions. He has thrown his phone in anger before, but only a couple times has he bitten it and broken it. I had him search online for bitting stim items and we are waiting on our first shipment. We will have to try ChewiGem too.
My son also likes to chew on pencils. I would rather he chew on pencils than his phone. tbh
Meeeeeeee2
I'm a highly sensitive person so this could be helpful.
Yes!!!
I'm still confused about weather I have ADHD and I'm an HSP or if high sensitivity is a symptom of ADHD.
I am not sensitive I just want to not chew the top of my water bottle
No way! I was just headed here to ask you about chewables!!! I am trying to find a chewable that doesn't really stand out too much. This is fantastic. I am relatively new to the idea of Asperger's. My kiddo has exhibited all the symptoms, but it wasnt until recently that I found a word for it. I have since started watching your channel and it is like watching our life through someone else. I greatly appreciate you giving me insight on all aspects of this. All this time I just thought I must be a terrible mum- she has regular meltdowns, she always thinks I am angry even if I'm smiling, she cant process multiple/loud noises. I feel like I am getting a second chance to be the best mother for her that I can be. Thank you, THANK YOU!!
Oh hey!!! Hopefully you’ll like these. I love them!
My wife just ordered me some. I tend to chew my fingers when I'm deeply engaged in work, or creative stuff, to the point where my fingers blister before I notice. Looking forward to getting them.
Me recently to my friend "the designers of my mobile phone really didn't design it well, the glass keeps cracking every time I bite it..." . I am so excited about this website thank you
Hey no problem :)!! I hope you enjoy the site. Please subscribe to my channel to see more videos from me :).
I had no idea that chewing was an autistic thing... ive always had problems chewing on my calculator and pens during class lol
Chewing on a calculator is a new one
I had no idea how much I chew on things. Never really crossed my mind. When I was a kid I would bite my nails, still bite my fingers just not as bad. I definitely relate to chewing on hoodie strings. I like to chew on bottle caps have the whole thing in my mouth, lol. I have a vape pen which I chew on the cap which is plastic. Oh yeah and any necklace I had would go in my mouth. People look at you like your weird and ask you why you have a necklace in your mouth. 😒 Also almost forgot how much I love hard candy like jolly ranchers, I like to chew on the and bend them when they got small enough and chewy starburst. Now I get why I would have to buy them when I worked in customer service in Retail. Super stressful job also was going through a divorce at that time and had PTSD.
Yeah!!!
When i started needing things to chew on i would always go to the baby section in a store and see what they had that got my attention. Needless to say i learned VERY quickly to steer clear of the water-filled teethers 😂😄
those rubber pencil grip things are rly good and you can thread them on a necklace!
My 3 year old son has Aspergers and is constantly grinding his teeth or chewing gum. Thank you for now introducing us to Chewy Gem Dan!
Yes I was and still am a teeth grinder!!!
Wow I grind my teeth too, sometimes when I'm sleeping and it will wake me up.
I'm chewing on a Chew Stixx while watching this. Before I got my chewie, I used to chew on anything like pens (I'd end up cracking them), cardboard, wood shavings, newspaper/paper that smells good (I still do it cause of the taste), Capri san straws, any straws, freshly clean shirts (because of the ell and taste of the detergent), shiny objects (they're smooth and provide visual and taste/touch input as well).
✌🏼
I used to chew on pencils and water bottles have been a big one for me, probably because it’s not seen as too weird to have your mouth on a water bottle. One of my newer ones has like a silicone top of the straw which is great. I just ordered my first bit of chewlery, it’s so great that these things exist and it’s also cool to know that there’s other people who also feel the need to chew on things!
Use these products with pride
Love this video!! Been a chronic chewer my whole life. ADHD hyperactive and just found out about these. Can’t wait to get my adult chew toy! I appreciate that you actually tried them out.
Id use to chew on my clothes pencils plastic like plastic spoons forks and spoons and my chew necklace cane in today and ive been chewing so muxh its so helpful
Oh my, this is so enlightening. I have to pry a lot of potentially dangerous objects out of my partner's hands or jaw all the time because he will chew on anything, even sharp edge metal bottle screw tops. 😅 I'll get him one of these to try! We tried one of those teethers for infants before, but he hated it because the natural gum material is squeaky and not scentless.
I bought my son his first chewy toy last month. It's in the shape of a lego piece as he's always chewed his lego blocks. It's the best thing I've ever bought. He's concentrating better at school, he's finding it easier to sit still for longer and he's no longer chewing on small pieces of plastic that he could so easily choke on. Definitely checking these guys out for future reference!
Excellent!!
I have ADD and a sensory disorder i always used to chew my hoodie cuffs or strings and then i found like baby teethers but they didnt work as well so i found stimtastic and actually my boyfriend got me my favorite chew which is the bat its so textured and multi chewy though i love my phoenix which is harder it tends to hurt my jaw after a bit i also love the mushroom and dulcimer they are just so nice and cause happy stims..
When we found out last year my nephew has spd and some other sensory type disorders i ordered him some chews from stimtastic also and its amazing getting to see him able to self regulate so much easier than i could as a kid he is about 3 yrs old and he can regulate pretty darn well thanks to his fidgets/chews
Have a great day!!
ps i loved the collaboration you did with Fathering Autism it helped my sister understand why i get meltdowns etc.
Thank you so much for the comment! Please subscribe to my channel to see more videos from me :).
I have chewigem stuff, and I love them! I have the board necklace and two bracelets. They're just simple descrete and useable!
Oh awesome!!!
i don’t have autism but really like chewing so usually i’ll eat crunchy snacks just for the sensory part of it but it makes me feel gross for eating so much but it’s nice to see people making sensory toys like this they’re very helpful thank you for this video !!
I feel like I hear about so many people, especially parents to autistic children discourage their pals or loved ones from on chewing their things but actually when it comes to harm reduction, overload prevention and meltdown regulation chewing on things is really soothing for the nervous system and the reaction is really fast in effect since the mouth is so sensitive
I'm watching this while chewing on a chewable stim toy I got from Stimtastic. I am a heavy chewer and have recently been diagnosed, and chewing is such an amazing stim for me!
NICE!!!
Thank you for sharing this. I have been diagnosed with a neurological disease that makes me want to bite and chew very often. I’m planing to buy some of these so I can have some relief throughout my day.
I always chew on things like my shirt sleeves, and always made holes in primary school and chewing is so calming. I need it
You make us smile😁. My son and I were having a really rough day today with his sensory issues but clicked on your video and we were able to focus on something that made us laugh. We send you love from Vancouver Washington 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
I used to chew on my shirt collar when I was in elementary school then in Jr high and high school I chewed on pens(and still do) and now as an adult I chew on sharpies, the little plastic pieces that go on the coffee cup lid's from coffee shops, TV remotes and the the ear legs on my glasses. I didn't know that was a thing in the autism community because I always got in trouble for chewing on things. I'm glad I'm not the only one who chews on things, now I don't feel alone about that. Except for chewing on the remotes, I'm probably the only one who does that especially when I'm super stressed out.
I have anxiety but I’m constantly reallly anxious I chewed on EVERYTHING hoodie strings, headphone wires, my nails, my clothes, my hair, bottle caps, those plastic clothes tag thingys, actual bottles I’d chew through the plastic at the bottom of the bottle, charger wires, my fingers and skin just EVERYTHING chew necklaces are so necessary I love them
Now I want some green juice! You are gonna love chewigem. They are amazing. I want more of the bracelets and cat chew.❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yay!!!
My ten year old son asked me to buy him some plastic stuff to chew on. I had no idea where I could find something safe enough for that. And then this video pops up and I am so grateful. Thank you!
Hey Andrea!!! That is awesome, I hope you enjoy the stuff from their site. Don’t forget to use the link in my description, it helps me out a little 😬⚡️.
Of course. I am more than happy to. Thank you for everything you do for our community.
I used to chew the crap out of my pens, pencils, erasers and there was this one quilt I'd chew holes in after school, when I was trying to unwind from all the stress. I started to suppress the urge when I felt embarrassed by my behaviour being abnormal. I am now self diagnosed at 30! I just bought my first chewelry necklace and it is amazingl!! 😊
I'm a right so and so for chewing from pen lids to pencils, paperclips and recently the plastic rings from vitamin tablet tubes, failing all of those I bite my lip a lot. I had a chewigem necklace but have lost it and not got round to replacing it. They are also really good if you need your hands free to work but still need to fidget or sensory seek cause I find just holding them between my teeth is good.
✌🏼
I have 2 sons! Older one has Autism and younger one is being tested for it as well. We have chewable necklaces that are lego pieces. They absolutely love them it's been such a positive thing for us!!
Thank you for this video! Definitely need to look into these as, because of my anxiety, I find myself biting my lips and fingers so much they bleed.
Yay!! You are welcome. Please subscribe to my channel to see more videos from me :).
I have chew buddy’s from sensory direct!
I like the necklace too! My son uses the chewy Lego one for anxious and string of his jaw.
Thanks for the review ❤👍
Awesome!!!
When I was little I chewed on my shirt collars, then got upset because the shirt collar was wet and sticking to my skin, then couldn't find anything else to chew so i continued chewing my collar and changing shirts.. nobody had any idea I was autistic still.
Years later now, and i forgot i chewed on things so much, and i never even realised i was subconsciously biting the inside of my cheek the whole time. Now I know i'm autistic It kinda makes more sense. so now I have to work up the courage to ask my mom for one of these. wish me luck!
Edit: I got a chewy gem necklace and I’m happy and it’s great and my Nan loves it cause she just thinks it’s a gem. I love it :D
I have always had chewing issues, like I used to chew holes in good shirts, hoodies, things like that. I used to just eat the hoodie strings (why most of my hoodies don't have them anymore, but newer ones do bc I'm working on it) I also chew holes in my cheeks and lips, same with my fingers, but I recently discovered chew stims. I'm getting some on Friday to help with chewing!
I’m in the process of getting diagnosed with aspergers and I play field hockey that’s my obsession and I never used to wear gum shields because I was always worried it would affect my breathing but I decided to try it and I found that when I play to cope with an overload of emotions I grind my teeth but now I can just chew on the gum shield. I also bite my nails and the tips of my fingers as well as crack my nuckles when I’m either stressed or bored it’s annoying because I get told off constantly when I never realise I’m doing it a lot of the times.
Oh cool.
that's so cool, I just realised that they could help me a lot. Even if I'm not sure yet, if I'm acually autistic. Back to the Chewelries: As a kid I often was chewing on my jackets zipper tangelsor my hairs. I eventually stopped that as my parens pointed it out to me often but started to chew on my nails or gently on my fingers. Still doing that. I also find a lot of comfort from eating food if stressed but just because of the sensory input, it caused me to gain waight, what brought me close to an eating disorder(ballet and weight gain is a critical thing). Sometimes, if beeing really stressed/overwhelmed from simply existing and having to do daily stuff like going to school, dance classes, chores, I just took a washcloth and chew on it, and it helped me to calm down.
I used to chew on pens a lot, now I chew on my hair and headphone wires which might not be always that good. Ever since I was little I’ve always had the need to chew on my fingers and inside my mouth
It’s super interesting what people chew on! Thank you so much for the comment! Make sure you are subscribed and have the notifications turned on :).
My son use to chew on his hands, clothes, duvet so I bought him a fidget bracelet and a chewy necklace and this stopped him from chewing things and calmed his anxiety down
Yes!!! They are so amazing!
I just started using one yesterday, it is helping me smoke and snack less which is awesome. I am spending long days studying and the neurospicy part of me is under stimulated and is massively looking for more sensory input
I chew on my fingers, when I get really anxious or stressed and chew on my cheeks, sometimes my sleeves. Also I have the dog tags too ! I love em but when I get stressed I use something much thicker shaped like a crystal gem.
Ah!!!
i used to chew on pillows mymom said it was gross but it helped when i had a sensation to chew. i also grind my teeth and used to chew on my mouth guard.
Yeah!!!
So cool! I chew on things too, usually my headphones string or necklace string, sleeves. I used to have my tongue pierced, but I chew the plastic balls to bits and the metal ones hurt my teeth, so I took it out. I didn't know chewing was an Aspie thing. 💖
Yeah me neither until I found Chewigem.
Several year sago I had a brain tumor that damaged a lot of things in my brain including my hypothalamus(which controls hunger and helps control mood) so I get these intense hunger anger-depressive swings during the day. its get so bad that I chew my fingers so much that they sometimes bleed. thanks for showing this product this will be a god send.
I use a reusable silicone straw, and I think it’s really great to fidget with and to chew on, it helps me a lot :)
This guy is so sweet, I was looking for some advice to buy toys for my older nephew, thank you so much for explaining this! very helpful!
Now I know why I chew Too much gum like 24/7 i think that is why
Ah yeah!!!
@@TheAspieWorld thanks for letting me know
I also have a tendency to chew objects if I feel stress or anxious so I buy chewing gum, at least three pieces a day, to calm me down. You are not alone, Daniel!
✌🏼
Omg thank you for telling us about these, I've ordered the necklace and bracelet to try out. When I'm stressed and anxious I have a bad habit of biting my nails and skin on my fingers. And during meltdowns I bite my finger knuckles. I'm hoping this will help and stop me damaging myself so much.
When I am in the “Rumbling Stage” I start compulsively chewing on things. I have been chewing on my nails and fingers since I was five because of my compulsive chewing. My fingers are in really bad shape and my Mom is looking for a replacement for my fingers so this video was really helpful. Thank you!!
Yeah.
I'm 23 and have chewed inappropriately and intensely throughout my whole life (hoodie strings, pencils, fingernails, fingers, inside of mouth--that last one I'm still struggling badly with). I've never been able to redirect it onto something safe, nothing quite gave the satisfaction I needed (for my style of chewing I need to bite pieces off with my front teeth) (also it's so interesting to me that there are different styles of chewing preferred by different people!) but I've just received my first two pieces of chewelry in the mail and I'm hoping I'll be able to train myself to use them instead! Thank you for your videos, chewing is natural and helpful for so many people for so many reasons and it needs to be normalized!
this is great not just for autism, but for ADHD! Its also great if you have a snack problem or for some kinds of anorexia. (I got an eating disorder where i need to snack and then i feel bad so i don't eat).
These kinds of sensory gadgets are amazing. Some are a lil too tough for me to casually chew on for hours tho, and i get tired, but i bought a bunch of different ones, cause everyone is different. Personally i like the tough ones for when im upset in any way, and the less though for when im stressed or nervous. I like the ones with sensory stuff on the chew item itself the most, usually they have little nubs or ribs or raised dots on them. Amazing for casual or mindless chewing!
Bro the like to dislike ratio on these videos are insane! Thanks for making videos like these.
As someone with adhd I got a sensory necklace and it helps adhd anxiety and nail biting sometimes even helps dissociation
I used to (and still do sometimes) chew on my lip and the side of my mouth. I still have scars from it. Hopefully some of these items will help me stop.
How do you quit?
@@beckel3593 I really haven't. If I don't have something else to stim with, and sometimes even if I do, I chew the inside of my mouth.
@@livvyp20 oh no
I have pica so im glad things like this exist but ive eaten (literally) one chew toy like this and i dont know hos to stop myself from doing that honestly sucks but id like to get more chew toys since the plastic is way more safe than what i usually eat
✌🏼
When I get anxious I tend to chew my cheeks and hands, it’s been a problem because I’ve been chewing down so hard and frequently I’ve cracked my tooth. So these look amazing
Yeah I used to do that with my lip.
Great video! My kid is turning 7 he is nonverbal with Autism and has to chew on everything. So I'm always looking for something new.
Thank you so much for the comment! Please subscribe to my channel to see more videos from me :).
I’ve ordered one and it’s coming today! 🤍
I’m so glad that you did a video on this, thanks! I usually chew on my cheeks, lips, or fingers. Growing up, I definitely chewed on my sweaters and shirts.
I've always chewed on the little tassle things on hoodies, the collars of shirts, I've chewed on necklaces (not made for chewing,BTW), I also chew on the ends of the sleeves on my long sleeve jackets and long sleeve shirts and stuff. I'm definitely gonna have to look into the chewy gem stuff because I already have an Ark therapeutics bite saber necklace (the blue one I have is xxt for extra extra tough) which is great, but it shows all the teeth marks on it and anything else rougher than that (which wouldn't show marks) hurts my mouth and my teeth since they're kinda sensitive. So I'm definitely gonna look into this!!!
Yeah!!!
Thank u so much. My son is 9 and on the spectrum he has gone for candles, paper, remotes the raised patterns on tshirts, clothes, pens, pencils, polystyrene, masking tape paint an the list goes on. He picks the paint work and eats it. Had bloods done and came back fine. I'm jus scared he will bite through them as he has done b4. He really needs something though. We will be trying these.
I wish I knew about these before. Chewing things is one of the few stims I do that actually keeps me calm and I lost three teeth because I used to chew plastic bottle caps and pull tabs on cans.
Thank you , for the video I like use my stress ball when I am out control and sometimes cut me self.
I usually chew my fingers, plastic things, books, my whole hands and my clothes. Sometimes I break my pencils in a bite, or ruin every shirt I use, and I REALLY need to chew on stuff to feel better. I think those fidgets are very helpful to deal with that need to chew on stuff, thanks for sharing us your opinion about them! I'm considering on buying them now.
So I’m a child in 8th grade I have major anxiety and I didn’t know chew Jewellery existed till now so I need to order some so thank you for showing this to me and I’m glad they have some for anxiety as well cuz I used to chew on my pens and they would break in my mouth
Chewing Gum is my favourite and soo cheap too but works !!
Yeah!!!
I chew plastic pen lids all the time
✌🏼
Just ordered a set of chewelry that I'm hoping will stop the shirt collar, hoddie string, and fingernail chewing I currently do! I can't wait until it arrives so I can try it out!!
These are great! Thanks for this video i can totally relate 100% i tend to chew my hands and lips and my
hoodies I'm definitely going to try these!
Awesome!!!
I love the doggy walking in the background 🐕
I'm also autistic and I chew on things typically when I'm nervous or anxious. As a kid I used to shred my pencils, and I still do when I need an outlet. Nice to know I'm not alone 😅 gonna have to get something like this
✌🏼
I have a few different disorders and I'm a father of an autistic child and he constantly grinds his teeth when he gets mad and it made me realize that I bite down and flex my jaw when I get irritated.... Now I want to order these for me and him to see if it helps. Thanks man..... Nice video idea. 😁👍🏻
I didnt know these existed i tend to chew on things when i get over sensory this really helped im deff gonna order some
Awesome!!!
I was diagnosed with hashimoto's disease 3 years ago. I smoked for a better part of 20 years but have been smoke free for 7 years. With my disease I developed severe anxiety and have issues where I feel like getting sick or moments of disorientation dizziness. I found I have a new addiction to starlight mints and chewing p lo plastic. I chew the little plastic rings off of water bottles, the ones under the lids. Looking for an alternative because I'm sure plastic is not good for you and sure I have digested some over time. I need something small though, something I can have in my mouth all the time...
Oh man I hope you feel better soon you tried CBD? Thank you so much for the comment! Please subscribe to my channel to see more videos from me :).
This is good for me. I have a bad stim of biting the back of my hand really hard to the point where I'll leave marks that last a few days whenever I'm really upset.
I hadn't come across them until one of the boys I looked after used to grind his teeth and bite himself and these were so helpful. Thanks Dan great video!

Thanks for this video! My 6 yr old stepson is undiagnosed but he chews on his shirts when he's upset or stressed. The necklace they sent you would be perfect for him. His father and i would love to get him to see a doctor but our hands are tied on the situation. So my we would love to get him stuff like this. Thanks for the info.

This is a fantastic idea. The corners of my pillow cases don't ever last long, for me I am constantly rubbing, pulling on and generally always playing with the corners of my pillow cases and have lost count of the number I've wrecked over the years

I’m liking the dog tags for my teen! My kid chews everything!! His favorite thing though right now is pen lids! 😂

Oh Jeez, a lot of people choke on those. That's why they have holes in them, so many people have choked on them so they put in little holes so you can breathe for a little while if you choke.

My little brother gave me an orange rubber bracelet that’s supposed to be barbed wire and it’s so helpful omg. I figured it would break but it’s tougher than I thought, and there are lovely ridges and thinner bits to suck so its like?. Amazing.
