By far PD have the best attitude and values I've seen in a band. Have fun, enjoy what you do, stay genuine. That's what it should always be! One of my top 3 bands of all times with Pantera and SOAD
When I first heard PD in 2005 -2006 I've never thought that I'm going to see this band live in Bulgaria, they've been here 3 times now, and I'm happy to witness that they grew from a niche band into a headliner performance. Really glad these guy made it to this point!
Winston more or less said that they don't have the recipe for success, but going back on what he previously said I'd disagree.PWD is doing what they love no matter wtf people think and therefore, the passion in which they do that enables them to succeed in a massive way.Winston,Jeff, and Ben, you DO have the recipe for success. You're doing it and living it.Keep fucking rocking on!
anytime I hear PWD i get instant goosebumps. seen em live many times, even when only killing with a smile was around. the best band of our generation. The energy is an ultimate adrenaline rush
YO if you guys like Parkway Drive and documentaries about Parkway Drive, they actually have made a couple of them themselves and they are AMAZING. They are: Parkway Drive: The DVD Home Is For The Heartless
@@gostop6683 i honestly havnt checked out any parkway in years and just went from their old dvd to this video and almost fell off my chair when i seen winston hahaha had a feeling i probably wont care for the newer stuff
I like how even tho they've grown older and their sound has matured they still play their old shit at shows. Also that comment, "if we all had solo albums, they'd suck"...probably not true lol
Damn... I am an old ass metalhead, old enough to have purchased Kill em All when it was released. PD me, has become the next "Metallica". I do not mean that in a sense that they're "like" Metallica, but they are poised to be one of the next bands that become as important to the genre as Metallica has. Their music is solid, everyone in the band is a powerhouse at what they do. Their performances are fantastic, they manage to make tricky issues something that everyone can gel with. That ain't easy. Hopefully PD has a MUCH longer career!
Parkway drive and August Burns Red are great examples of great metalcore. those are two metal bands that are untouchable at this point. both genius bands on stage, and in studio. their creative abilities are amazing. fuck anyone who says metalcore isn't metal or pussy shit. some bands who list themselves as metalcore simply aren't and are just trash, but bands like PWD are metal as fuck, and are kickass!
Be careful about putting Parkway in the "metal core" genre now days. They're done making those style of albums but IRE is actually a great METAL album.
Them repeatedly saying "this is it boys, this is the biggest its ever gonna get" as they continue to get bigger is still so relevant now having headlined at Wacken Open Air, props to them
What ever changes , decisions and alterations you boys as a band feel you need to make or do.. Do it as it's this internal instinct of PWD that has kept us all on the edge of our seats and feet waiting for the next album each time . keep the flame alive \m/ Australia's own Parkway Fucking Drive . fan number 2,0000666. Australia
For sure, I honestly don't really like their pre-Ire stuff as they are pretty generic metalcore I feel, but after Ire they actually developed a style that's really theirs and quite unique.
Watching this, totally reminds me of Year and a half in the life of Metallica Vol 1. The change in sound was exactly what they needed to continue on. basically Ire = The Black Album.
Killing with a Smile, Horizons, Deep Blue are their best albums by far. Atlas had maybe a few good songs, and everything past that sucks. All these bands are the same, always trying to "evolve", which either means sell-out or just plain suck. New Parkway Drive is too slow. I don't know why they talk about how before they were just trying to be heavy and fast as if it's a bad thing. That's why they got so popular, so why stop.
Garrick Collins I agree I will always love parkway but the sound after Atlas made me scratch my head a little. Deep Blue, Horizons were amazing albums and get the crowd moving and pumped. Now it just feels like your jumping up and down to five finger death punch
Happens to the best of them sadly, i always wonder is it that they couldnt come up wigh gansgter ass shit like those other albums or do they actually think this new music is good? Or is it labels telling them to "evolve" haha either way its a bummer
th-cam.com/video/wCIp_haxOiY/w-d-xo.html "There was no point to the song structure in the old songs, it was just go fast go heavy" Not seeing a problem here... old stuff is perfection. Horizons is my most played album every year. That being said... Can't not like this band, whatever they choose to do.

MD Magnan the way us aussies are
What legends
There was AC/DC and then came Parkway Drive! I simply love the energy of this band!
Still fucking blast these guys in 2019, horizon and killing with a smile are my go to albums.
That blonde hair-do and the trench coat makes Winston look like a low budget cyberpunk villain...
Omniknight hahahahaha
Omniknight hahahahahahahahahaha
Low budget being just normal cyberpunk 😂

2:44 when Carrion starts in the background I get chills as always makes me cry.
Winston's such a fucking beast.
YO if you guys like Parkway Drive and documentaries about Parkway Drive, they actually have made a couple of them themselves and they are AMAZING.
They are:
Parkway Drive: The DVD
Home Is For The Heartless
9th Power they are sell outs that don’t even like metsl
@@gostop6683 how are they sellouts?

Lookin old guys lol. Parkway Drive, still the best shit to paddle out too
I drive slower so I can get through a few PWD songs before I get to the beach. Straya :D
PWD, Architects, and ABR are the best in metalcore
my absolute top 3 for many years now \m/
As I lay dying
Trivium
Change Kse with architects
JPR what’s abr?
How does this only have 800 views? This is good shit.
IRE is a great example of how you should change your sound as a band.
Ben sounds like he is 70 year
Best fucking band on the planet. Couldn't be happier with the new album.

Totally agree. They really stand out in the metal scene.
Can't say August Burns Red sounds always good live. Jake Luhrs screams sound often bad imo. Still they both are among my favorite bands ever.
Be careful about putting Parkway in the "metal core" genre now days. They're done making those style of albums but IRE is actually a great METAL album.
BounceTo TheBeat True, but also not the sound most PWD fans desired.
...and that's why it pays to watch interviews because they give little hints along the way about what to expect. #lessonlearned
Love PWD!!! The best around right now!!
the absolute best in their genre, that's for damn sure
These guys sound so incredible live!
Parkway is just fuckin' awesome ! Such awesome guys who are, at heart, just some Aussie surfer bros !
okay so apart From PWD being gods, this Video was awesome. Thanks Moshcam loved it!

I've always just labelled them as a fucking great band :D that's it
I usually hate metalcore but I fucking love PD and KE, amazing bands!
I Killed The Prom Queen are amazing too.

ID on Winston's shoes during the show ?
White nike hurache's (mens) or white adidas ultra boost's
It's weird seeing how old they're now... and this video is two years old by the point that I make this comment... I'M OLD NOW... damn.
I'm with all u do and say. I worship the lord of the light and I love your message. I hope to some day join your fight against the world

Ire for me is by far their best album and one of my all time favorite metal albums. Love that they were bold enough to experiment!
For sure, I honestly don't really like their pre-Ire stuff as they are pretty generic metalcore I feel, but after Ire they actually developed a style that's really theirs and quite unique.
Winston plz dye ur hair back
Ethan And Nik he did, chill xD I saw him last week
Watching this, totally reminds me of Year and a half in the life of Metallica Vol 1. The change in sound was exactly what they needed to continue on. basically Ire = The Black Album.

too heavy wtf, this band is too old to be playing shows and making albums
New song is the shit, no question
Zach The Anime Hunter yeah no question the song is shit and the band is the shit that play that shit
