Very beautiful house. I love the 2 outside areas. And it would be nice if they did the backyards for some quick move-ins, it doesn't have to be fancy, some rocks, trees maybe a lil astro turf. Then ppl can add outdoor kitchen or whatever if they want. If i need a quick move in i don't want to have to think about getting the yard done. Didn't like the shower in main, better if they did side by side shower and tub.

Is it a Vegas thing or a builder thing? I noticed in all these new builds that there is a bedroom right off of the front door. There has not been a video I saw that does not have this kind of floor plan.

Where’s the second bathroom? I only saw the one in the primary bedroom. Trying to see where the other bathroom was located. Four bedrooms and only two bathrooms for the entire house wondering why they cut back on bathrooms. The kitchen’s beautiful. However, it looks like the Island could barely hold three stools.

I like the house but that wall in the back is way too low. There's no privacy.

The good news is, there are several attractive and effective ways to boost your backyard's privacy, from planting tall, dense greenery to installing outdoor privacy screens. Just personal opinion, that outdoor space is just a waste, especially since you already have a backyard. Without it, you could have made the first bedroom on the left much larger and made the adjacent bathroom much larger. I mean really, how often are you going to use it? It's just wasted square footage that could have been interior space. You can't possibly sit out there in the summer. That was really a ridiculous idea for a small house. I mean a larger 1 million dollar plus house, yes there's room for it. But this is absurd design.
Love it! Matter of fact I showed the model home which is a 3 bedroom but they are speccing it out as a 4 bedroom so that outdoor space would be your 4th bedroom. I forgot to mention that in the video. Thank you for mentioning that.
