This is a good floorplan, I prefer this one because of the downstairs master. That's the only way I'd do a 2 story. The loft & bedrooms are a great size. And the price is ok with the appliances included, i didn't catch if all those shutters are also included. The size inside and outside is ideal.

Well about 10 12 years ago. Dr. Horton was building homes up here in Olympia Washington out in Lacey a lot of homes !! and there were so many issues with their building standards !! They were badly built. Homes had a bunch of issues. They were being sued as I remember so that's just an FYI

Look how small the bedrooms are lol and the living room Is a weird space. It's not big but it's not actually a good space. Plus you have the dining table there. Very cramped. It would be better not to have the den and have the bedrooms a little bigger I think.. and it's Las Vegas It's hot. I don't see any mention in the description of AC that should be automatic like it shouldn't be there. Where's the AC?

Nice home, from the description it sounds massive, but it'snot overwhelming. Backyard is small for a 4-5 bedroom, I picture kids in a house that size.

Usually when I see these home tours I want a tall wall in the back. But that wall makes that area look really claustrophobic. But i do like the home. That entrance downstairs is a waste of good square footage.

Definitely one of the best laid out townhomes. Love having a bed & bath downstairs. And the size is great, but I have to have some yard.
