This is the nicest, best designed home for the square footage in this price range so far that I've seen in North Las Vegas. It's no bargain, but if you could be it for under 400k, it's not bad.

What a great layout …. Can’t believe that’s only 1450 sq ft. Wow …. Looks much bigger. Only thing I’d add is 2nd sink in the master and shared bathroom and maybe add some lot size 👍🏼
Well about 10 12 years ago. Dr. Horton was building homes up here in Olympia Washington out in Lacey a lot of homes !! and there were so many issues with their building standards !! They were badly built. Homes had a bunch of issues. They were being sued as I remember so that's just an FYI

The rooms are too small, and the one sink in the primary with only a shower and no tub

Yeah I agree but you can always request a lot with bigger backyard. This is just the model home.
