You could probably put some blanking plates over the two headstock risers, instead of cutting them. Perhaps numbered, 7 & 9. Another suggestion is if you would look into SW Motech wind/hand guards? Just a thought. Ive ordered them for my CB500 Hornet. 😊
That’s a good idea, although I would prefer not the have those high point on the triple clamp. Wind guards are good, but not sure if it will fit the cafe racer style I’m going for, maybe for a scrambler look.
I don’t think you can. I cut off the left hand side, will be buying the heated grips from eBay as they are cheaper. Hopefully by winter time I will have it refitted 🤞🏾
Hiw did the clipons workout? They clear the fuel tank and have full range of motion? If you had to do it again would you use the same clip ons or something different?
These clipons work perfectly, doesn’t impact full range of motion or touch the tank, you can adjust it as you like, is very versatile. And yes, if I did it again, I would go with the same ones for sure, quality is just unbelievable and allow a lot of customisation. Thanks for the support
Hi my friend Im thinking about getting that Italian olimpia velvet seat cover but my question to you is: Does it soak up alot of water after some heavy showers? Meaning if its waterproof/repellent enough to not soak up and get your trousers damp on the day after when you ride it to work...
i wouldnt cut anything because if you do you would weaken it and it might snap when riding. Either get a custom top yoke or maybe the ones from fireblade would fit but please dont cut anything 🙏

Hey Michael! Yes, 50mm. I would advise to get the slim option if you’re going with ABM clip ons, as there isn’t a lot of play area on the forks as they taper in and out. Hope this helps! 👊🏾
I am a Doc , i noticed your nails while you were showing thé clipons, i sée some anomalie , i suggest you make a test for Iron deficiency. And if its not right , fix it using suppliment.

I think is meant to be water repellent, but the one I have does get soak to be completely honest, dries pretty quickly.

CBR comes with clip-ons. CB doesn't. It's a naked bike with a more upright riding position. ????
