I have watched a zillion videos on nails, and I just wanna tell you that out of all of them, I like you the best. I love your smooth voice, it's easy on the ears and I have learned more little tips watching just a few of your videos then I have in the whole year I have discovered my love of all things nails!. I love Suzie too but the best french technique I have seen is by the meticulous manicurist nail tutorials. She has a nice voice too I wish they would do a collab video that would be the best video ever!

I LOVE the way a french looks on almond shaped nails. It's just so pretty. I'm going to start using a nude polish when I do these on my natural nails, that way I can go for a more exaggerated smile line like you have here. Can't wait!

Beautiful work! i thought you used acrylic @ first until i watched the video. Amazing steady hand. Oh & you were so right about the RPMs on the nail drill. My new drill (30,000 RPM) came in last week & it is a-ma-zing! Keep the great advice comming.

I can watch you all day hahaha. I love your work you have the best tips and they really work ... I have applied a lot of your tips to my acrylics and they work amazing i have improved a lot.. especially the tip of not dragging the brush on the powder, that has to be the best tip ever not to many people know that and it really helps.. Oh Wow, I thought you used acrylic. I mean from the look of the opening pic. You have a steady hand. The tip you gave about the white having even edges I will defiantly keep in mind. Oh, the tutorial about the RPM on the nail drill helped TONS. My new drill is AWESOME & i have you to thank for that.

Oh my gosh. THANK YOU SO MUCH for explaining the smile line! I ALWAYS have trouble doing frenchies since you cannot use stickies on your nails when doing gel because of the tacky layer. Never would have thought about dipping my brush into nail polish remover.

Great *tips* lol. One thing I've found, though, is that pure whites are more difficult to cure in thicker layers because it blocks the UV from getting all the way through. For this reason, I fully cure each layer before moving to the next. Flash curing is perfectly fine for pinks, clears, and translucent whites, but bold/opaque whites and some rich colors or metallic sparkles really need to be thin and cured fully between coats to avoid delamination. Not a big deal if you are changing your nails frequently, but a week or two in, you'll know if it didn't fully cure through. Also varies by manufacturer. Some products will cure thick in ten seconds under LED while others will peel with a gooey underlayer if you don't lay them down paper thin.

great video. I always do my French manicures this way. I never understood the whole cover gel idea for the nail bed, when you can apply a thin coat of the peach/cream gel base and proceed with the French gel polish on top.

Ya know I remember being very young and painting them when I could find polish - I had no idea till I was 23 that 'nails' even exsisted😀now nails are such a big part of our daily beauty routine 😀😀
