Product is live BreezeDoc.com - check it out 🙌
It's unclear how you came to the price of $100 for a lifetime license. Also, it's unclear how you're going to build the product.
Did you find a developer and design & code the product? Are you using an API? Follow up video would be awesome.
A decision is the most powerful thing. Make a decision, start the business, stick to it when it gets hard, and you will win. Great video Noah.
Decision is a big one. I've spent the last 17 years in a dead end, albeit secure job constantly thinking and evaluating business ideas (analysis paralysis) for when I go out on my own. It's a huge time hog. I finally took action last fall with a business idea, made many calls and emails, but realized there was no viable market. Now I am trying a different approach, going directly to industries I like and have upwards growth and asking for their pain points, then building a business based on that. Tony Fadell's book called Build had a good quote . Build a pain killer, not a vitamin.
Moral of the story, have lots of contacts that trust you enough to send you money.
Yes, play to your strengths. He wasn't hungry enough to grind it out as a lawn guy and the pitch was awkward, but he did have a good pitch for bootstrapping a beta product to business associates and colleagues.
So what will happen once he reaches out to all his contacts and there's no one left?
@@Chopper8472 ouch bud. What did you do to your friends to make them leave?
Do you have no friends that will put their faith in you?
In the book he does point out that it’s the easy way, asking friends and family for investments. The trick is to have a good enough idea that strangers will want to throw money at you.
This guy raised almost $3000 before having the actual business or even writing a single line of code. i feel like i've been doing everything wrong.
For sure. The Girl Scouts are out in my neighborhood, seems like dozens of them. But they have the cookies to deliver immediately. Noah Rocks! 😀
Yeh, but the girl scouts didn't have the cookies to asap deliver when they first took the orders for them several months back. @bradtrades 😀
the guy raised from his friends who know his years of business experience. if you are just starting out, well, good luck to you.
@@nonefvnfvnjnjnjevjenjvonej3384 Well if you have a business idea, and no money, you can see if it would fly by going on kickstarter to see if there is any interest.

I've spent the last 4 years working on this book and it's everything I wish I knew when I started my own entrepreneurial journey. Take action and start building your dream business in only a single weekend!
favourite video so far - so action oriented
And charge 40 dollar per book
Amazing! ✨👏🏻 so, the question I have from watching this, is could you send me the book for free? 😉 (I’m actually serious 😂)
I can’t redeem my Coupon Code from Amazon Germany. Not Even for the Kindle Version. So here it is:

Best wishes for a bright and prosperous future
Hey i love the free info, i do have a suggestion, i bought audiobook and came here from the free resources but it linked to the older video but i think this video is more impactful
Selling in your circle of influence is wayyyy too easy because everyone knows you're a millionaire.
ya thats the thing. like business is not really this. i read the book, but you have to be very early in a trend or you need a large network or you need a large amount of money. if you are an everyday joe, starting your own business is impossible.
yeah this was such a stupid video
Everyone has a circle of influence. Maybe it's not the same as Noah's, but it's enough to get started offering something of real value to people who know you.
@@cxa011500 you think so but honestly most people have around 3 - 4 close friends who won't judge. if you start selling to your local community, be prepared to be ostracized like the amway lady
How about all of you come up with the million dollar 💵💵💵 solution?
Genuinely 🧐 curious about what you all come up with.
Using YOUR existing network is a 'cheat code'.
Lol how?
yup, it goes to show again and again that business success is really being lucky to be near silicon valley when all of this was getting started, or have a large amount of money.
@nonefvnfvnjnjnjevjenjvonej3384 how do you explain poor people, who never went anywhere near silicon valley, becoming "rich"?
@@KastorFlux local connections, sex, gambling, shady businesses, spamming, scraping etc. show me a "success" and ill show you dirty tactics.
What's stopping you from building a network?
Bro. I love this channel. Thank you!
I love these videos. They just prove we overthink the planning process most of the time. Once you know, just get to the selling. Thanks, Noah!
achi, keep posting, loving your content
Uncle Noah I appreciate this video !!!
Hi Noah,
I purchased your book and while I agree with most of the points you have in the book and felt it is very helpful in understanding how to start, this video is not the greatest example. Most people wanting to start don't already have a great sphere and colleagues with disposable income to help fund you. What might take you 48 hours might take someone in the projects 48 weeks. A proper video would be you turning a rando you've never met before into a millionaire.
I'll gladly volunteer to be that rando
I would love to see the videos following this and documenting the whole process
this video changed me . thank you
You should do a series and follow up! Great vid
Product is launching next Wednesday 2/21 …
Love the confidence of the man answering the door in his boxers
Great video thanks for this Noah what an inspiration for us out there!
Great video, Noah. You have put your vook to the test. Being rejecyed is very tiring but you never give up and that is what asking for things and eventually having yeses brings you confidence to keep going and closer to, "Million Dollar Weekend." You are a business genuis!!!!!
I bought this book and it's so sick. Smashed it in a whole day. Looking forward to implementing what I learnt!
Huge props for actually eating your own dog food. Great content!
This is one of the best business videos I’ve ever seen
This is so sick. Love this dude
This was great!
yes this works im a millionaire now
Thanks so much for this video
@Noah_kangann Thanks a lot man! I watched this video yesterday when I was really frustrated about some startup struggles around and It was really helpful!
great video, first time viewer and I enjoyed this..
Noah, I'm going to buy your book right away. You are such an amazing guy, you give good tips, you're completely transparent and honest in all your content. That's what we like. Best!
Noah Kagan is one of my favorite entrepreneurs.
I’ve had the privilege of working behind-the-scenes with him on the book marketing.
Few entrepreneurs can do AND teach. Noah is one of those special people.
100% recommend checking Million Dollar Weekend out.
I love this biz idea!! $100 for life docusign replacement!
Awesome! Thanks. Half way done with the book!!!
*I love this video. The power of asking! Love it!*
Noah has a fantastic attitude
This dude has that PDF file look..
Good product discovery intro for true product managers :)
I’m definitely jealous of Noah because even this TH-cam channel is probably turning into a million dollar business. Mike
Love your curiosity and creativity!!!
you're the best Noah, thank you for the videos, book you just wrote, and your love for tacos!
just got the book. Yea, it's worth every penny in my humble opinion
You are so full of energy ❤
You’re a brave guy! Love it
Amazing video Noah!
Huge value Noah! Really good to see what actions of the book looks like in real life!!
I see the concept here.
I have just started reading, and it is beneficial to see this in action.
This is wild
6:53 - love this question.
respect bro this was amazing to watch
Great video. I did the coffee challenge today, and the barista was ready! She immediately replied, "Unfortunately, No." Later, I went to Best Buy and asked for a 10 percent discount for Apple Airpod Max. I said I was a Best Buy member, too, but another fast reply, "No." My kid was with me during both asks, and she was confused about why I asked for discounts. What a fun day.
Is this approach tailored more towards software ideas wnd launches?
Damn, Steve Chou just giving you the cold shoulder there.
Gold!
@noahkagan Docusign replacement is a great idea, and also can't wait for the Loom replacement you mentioned on the pod, if the quality is as good! But I was sad to hear that you weren't planning to do it immediately, I think there'd be a huge market for it!
Why are they great ideas?
Got the book, bro. Very relatable story and super motivated. My mom worked night shifts, too, as a nurse. 😅
Would you use kickstarter to raise other money too ?
WOW. Make more video like this!
Just purchased your book on Amazon. Arrives later today with speeded delivery. I live in Las Vegas and hoping this can help me as an entertainment journalist in some way. Las Vegas Tribune is the newspaper I'm with. Hopefully, it will be the most rewarding $20 I spent🎉
Love you Noah ❤
This encouraged me to go into “rejection therapy”
Love you texan style shirt and hat 😄
Love it dude 🤙🏼
Booked ordered for the knowledge and support in your work 🙏🏽
Been following you for some time now.
I read the book. And now here seeing Noah doing the exact same steps in this video.. it’s my turn now 🙂 Thanks NO ah , for teaching the power of rejecting to rise beyond failure.
I just bought his book, however I did not realise I had him on youtube 😂❤❤❤
I am enjoying the audio book.
I love you Man
Yo that’s my homie Scott!!!!!
Undoubtedly the most underrated youtube video!
Love from India Noah🇮🇳❤
lead by example !! good demonstration !! just finished your book , mind blowing !! good stuff..
just ordered your book
Already listened to it twice, love it! Thanks Dude 🌮🌮
Noah, what do you think about playing to your strengths?
Got my book now. On the validation stage! Its so much fun haha (A bit scary tho). Great Motivation Noah!
Selling gen Z the quick money it never fails! They love it 🤣
Next time they ask why, say "because" and any slightly relevant reason.
For a taco, "because I'm hungry and cheap." or "because a love a good value."
The number of people who don't understand the concept of "pre-selling" in this comment section is frightening.
Great video Noah, i loved it
He’s selling hot air. There’s no product behind it. He’s selling to friends and promises full refunds. That’s not a business.
My three favorite channels: Noah Kagan, Stock Brotha, & How Money Works. Make my week complete! 🔥 🔥 🔥
We go make it
What is the software he used in the second business idea, the research tool?
I love what you do but the network you have is likely significantly stronger than what some of your followers have access to. But I have rethought my speed to launch offers bc of your content. Keep up the good!!
i started the book yesterday and i'm loving it!
awesome
Is there a link to that Facebook ad search?
it’s not fb search, it’s part of the meta ad manager. it shows you the estimated size of the audience you’re targeting. not sure it’s useful for market sizing as meta controls how they define audiences and it may be wild shit in there. the google trends and generally search data is more useful
Interesting. How would you proceed now? How do you cover infrastructure cost with 100$ lifetime licenses? How do you deliver the software in the first place? How would you ensure maintenance long term without charging a regular fee?
Most software as a service starts with a few lifetime members willing to give feedback to help with product development. As the product matures and you have enough people giving reliable feedback, you switch to recurring subscriptions for new customers. Sometimes there is a period where new customers can't sign up because the product isn't ready to launch to the general public and you have to manage costs. That's not ideal, and with a good plan you don't have to do that. You just switch over to general availability with proper pricing and the expense of the lifetime subs becomes more and more trivial as the business grows.
I want someone to gift me this book, this really looks interesting!!!!!
This is the most practical book I have listened to the audio recently. It inspired me to take rejection as part of life and building a business
Quando teremos teu livro em português? Acho que sou a primeira Brasileira por aqui 🤩🤩
then how did creating the software program go?
Being a multimillionaire and not being able to say what business do u have must've been painful. Great video noah
Hey, that's me encouraging you to sell rock 😂
"Josh who runs our tik tok said no"
safe to say Josh is now unemployed.
How long ago was this filmed? Things change quickly
This isn't a way to validate if the business is worth $1m. He could start another business and sell it to the same people and they would buy it since they're friends. Boom another $1m business! He should've reached out to local businesses and see if they would buy it.
I just bought the book btw
Your welcome
Another idea is to pay like $1, $5 or $10 per signature I am sure those contracts are worth a lot more and can be prepaid.
Best book for make million dollar
Love the video and process. Wish you had done the docusign bizz with cold contacts instead of your rolodex. It would have been at least as hard as the lawn bizz. Former or current service providers like TTers would be stupid to say no to you. Ofc use your assets but you’re trying to make a point with the vid
Amazing stuff, Noah! Totally hands on!
How much did it cost to make the software, testing, licensing etc?
I think 4:05 is the wrong way. It could be a super cool niche against the cats! Just because are more cats it does not mean they have more demand. So hamster could be a great subniche - i am wrong ? I mean it could be a niche which nobody does before?
You could have offered for a subscription system for your lawn business, so people wouldn't need to think to always book for your service
