This is truly the top Kaiju game available right now. I no longer expect any major studios to develop a complete AAA Kaiju game.
Gigabash is great, but we still longing for someone to remake or re-release the Godzilla saves Earth gems. We will never get the full list of Godzilla kaiju thru Gigabash. Now we all waiting for Gamera next in Gigabash.

Voice acting brings the game alive, that’s what has been missing from most of the Kaiju in the game, not enough Kaiju roar to flush out each Kaiju personality. Go go Power Rojak 😂

I guess they couldn’t get the OK to use the actual ones so they did the next best thing, kinda sucks considering they managed to get Godzilla, twice technically, and Ultraman already

I really do love the original designs of this game and I’m glad they haven’t been turned into a licensed dlc mine. These guys look great and I will absolutely be getting this when it releases!

Blue: T-Rex
Yellow: Dragon
Green: Durian or Cactus
Black: Tank
I love how the rangers don't have the same theme, mostly its all dinos or all vehicle base or animals but this group has variety.
Edit: just remembered that these crew belonged to different teams before Balzarr destroyed each and these guys were the only survivors and decided to join forces, explains why they don't get along so much.
Come to think of it that's probably why they look like they're from different teams of Power Rangers, complete with different Zords to combine with.
That's why it's called ROJAK. Here in Malaysia, not only it's a name for a mixed dish, but also a slur whenever something is mixed up.

It could still happen, after all, we have characters that are clear homages to Godzilla and Ultraman as well as the actual Godzilla and Ultraman

The longer it can go on, the more chance there is, longevity in games is rare these days, a few more years and there'll be a lot of youtube vids about how Giga is still going with 30 plus characters and new game modes, etc and how far it's come form the beginning, it will get more people interested again.
Now if you can get some stage presence for the next DLC at a Geff Keighley live show, you will definitely get interest too!
I desperately wish this game had more attention. It's one of my favorite fighting games in recent memory and everyone I show it to loves it. I feel like a ranked online mode with more to unlock would go a long way towards player retention. More skins, nameplates, backgrounds, achievements, etc.
This game has everything except a compelling online system imo. The game is fun, but with so much competition between popular games nowadays, any reason you can give players to keep playing is hugely important.
Keep up the good work, devs! You guys rock! I'm rooting for you.
(PS, the new DOOM game coming out next year has huge mechs in it. It would probably be great cross-promotion if you could get one of them in the game as DLC!)

To anyone disappointed that they didn't use actual Power Rangers. Keep in mind that Godzilla and Ultraman were added to the game despite Rawa and Gigaman already being in the game.
Yep just what I said, this was already confirmed to be original characters from the beginning, not a Collab. We will get power rangers down the line for sure but it’s hard to get them so I’m glad we got more originals!
So it is a possibility we could get the power rangers in the future but for right now I really want them to do gamera

So now it's possible to have those like Barugon, Anguirus and any other four legged Kaiju in Gigabash in fact Balzarr is a perfect match up for King Caesar
It was always possible, the base game roster has two Kaiju with no legs. It just finally happened now

I can't get over how Gigabash officially has voice acting now with R.O.J.A.K, I'm already looking forward to the next 2-4 kaiju that they might add for the next DLC
Hope they will consider adding voice acting for existing Titan like Gigaman and Thundatross to spice up the game appeal.
The creativity and respect are in the spotlight here, the theme song have the full PR vibes, and the mechas are the great homage to both Super Sentai and Power Rangers.
It's a mix between Abarenoh, RV robo, and King-Ohger
every time i think this game cant get any better or find new ways to keep my interest it proves me wrong and i love it for that.

I second having more story mode. I was very sad when I found out that only 4 of the kaiju had stories.
Goldar actually had a female counterpart, Scorpina, who he frequently fought along side who was obviously scorpion themed. Balzar is likely a mashup of the two
The manticore/lion looking kaiju Balzarr really reminded me of one of the four original kaijus that was going to be in Godzilla: Unleashed but got scrapped, the Fire Lion. I dig that design that much and ROJAK looks pretty cool despite me not being a mecha fan ngl
You have to go through a lot of legal stuff to get to the Power Rangers, so I’m glad for the time being before they can add the megazord or dragonzord they made their own megazord and goldar, just like how before Godzilla was added they had rawa, and how before we had ultraman they had gigaman, I was asking for more original characters in the game, so cool I will be buying

I was half-predicting that Balzarr has a sphinx-like design, but a manticore works just as well.
As my assumption it's more like manticore or kimera.
Manticore is more like lion with scorpion taill.
Or kimera is abomination of three animal. (sometime snake taill leon with goat head).
I don't know how they get the referance.
The DLC drops in a few hours I am so so excited, Passion Republic, thank you guys so much for all the effort and time you’ve put into this game, i absolutely adore it as well as everyone who plays it, this game has insane potential and I hope you guys keep working on it as much as you can, Thank you for this incredible game❤️

You know? Somehow this is better than getting the license for the Power Rangers. Making original content with an homage to it so you can give it your own unique spin, I like it. Along with a manticore monster. They do be cooking.
Plus buy doing an og mecha they can refer to unadapted mecha with the Kuwagata Beetle being an obvious reference to Kingohger.

I had a feeling this was supposed to be the Megazord/Daizyuzin and Goldar/Griffinzor DLC but the licensing agreement was too complicated and they just made their own DLC inspired characters. I really do hope they add more guest characters soon cause this game is sooo much fun!!
