Just finished this most recent episode after binging your whole 401 series. Awesome build, thanks for sharing your journey. Going to pick up my own 401 near the end of the year and you’ve given me a lot of inspiration for modifying it. Hope you have lots of fun with your bike for a long time!
As per the exhaust in the previous video, I liked the Kemimoto in both looks and sound. Seems more refined on both fronts. My opinion anyhow. Just watched the whole series. Great job, I was enthralled the whole way through. I am preparing to begin my journey into getting/learning to ride a motorcycle and I do think this might be the bike I would chose. Have researched all the "naked" bikes in this class and this one speaks the most to me. I am in my mid 40s and feel that you have a similar riding style and philosophy to what I feel and how my approach will be. Not out to speed around or be a hooligan, just want to learn how to ride safely and enjoy myself. I hope you continue more videos on this bike, however what you have put out is really great. Be safe and take care.
I got the sprocket that you listed here for my 22 Svart, and it doesn’t seem to fit. Did you have to bang it on very hard, you can’t really tell in the timelapse
How many miles do you have on your svart? I see that the red light (limiter) is still lighting up past 7k rpm. The service mechanic told me that it could be removed after 1000kms..

Awesome, thank you! I appreciate you taking the time to watch the whole playlist.

Thanks for taking the time to watch the series. I am hoping you found the information valuable.

Nope, just slides right on.
Used some mirror risers , plus the bend.
That makes sense. They work just fine if you can adjust them outside of the oem specs....
How’d you go about bending them?
How did you bend the mirror stalks? Was a pipe bender sufficient? Or did you brute force the pigs on a bench vice?
A vice and your hands are all you need.
@@SeanFillner Thanks!
What is the stock number of teeth in driving sprocket?
I covered that in this video. Thanks for tuning in!
15 - 45
Awesome videos! After the air filters, the Fuel X, and the sprocket swap how much has the mileage changed?
Not sure. I don't pay attention
Hi, What brand motorcycle wheel lift do you use on this video? Where did you buy it?
I covered the bike lift in my svartpilen build series playlist. Husqvarna makes it.
How did you align the rear tire? Didn’t see you use anything.
Use the alignment marks on the swingarm. If they match on both sides you are good to go. This procedure is covered in depth in your owners manual.
@@SeanFillner I realized that after I commented. I'm just used to using a tool that I forget it has those.
Hi, when you went down a tooth did you have to change how many links are in your chain?
Did you see me swap/modify the chain in the video?
Hi thanks for all the great episodes, can I ask is the speedo accurate to the sat nav ? Thanks
Seems to be
I’m curious what setting do you have your fuel x on? I run a similar set up on my airbox and exhaust, and was looking to buy the fuel x.
There is no setting on the lite. It targets 14.3 afr no matter what mods you use.
Did this affect top end speed for commuting on freeways?
Do you travel 100+ mph on the freeway? The answer would be no. :)

2000 miles. I have it set at 8.5k rpm iirc but I disconnected the battery recently which may have reset it.
Does this part fit a Svartpilen 250?
I don't own a 250 so I could not tell you. Look at the JT sprockets website and download the parts catalog.
i think this man only likes one engine 😀
I did not realize my snowcat, subarus, LMTV, and Norden 901 had 373cc ktm motors. Thanks for letting me know....
