I always like souse from a little girl growing up, my mother was always buying for me, but i never try doing it on my own, and this is so easy to do, thanks to you ❤
I like you the way you do your pig’s feet souse, but I like mine with cucumber. And I think your would be more enhanced with the cucumber at the very end. I’m going to try your recipe this New Years. Thank you for sharing.
The name pimen bonda ma jaques caught my attention..i'm like...is she from Dominica...I am cooking souse for my first time and you video helped me real good.
St Kitts .🇰🇳 we eat with potato salad. I just made some and was just checking out videos to see what other islanders eat it with because I didn't go to the store to get and potato for the salad and it's too late now
I love your channel it is amazing!! And the recipes are so easy to follow .Thank you . I am a vegetarian and a dominican living in london Can I make a request if possible can you do red pea soup (kidney beans ) or a vegetarian version of crab callaloo
In the US Virgin Islands we also add cucumber to our souse, and we use the water where the souse was cooked; then we eat it while it’s still warm with potato salad. Thank your for the recipe.

Wonderful recipe - is this eaten hot or cold or either?
It can be eaten either way but I have found that warm to cool works best
Over here they eat it with potato salad.
Yeah in 🇻🇮 too!

😂😂😂2024 trying for the first time HAPPY NEW YEARS ❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
Where are the cucumbers
A must which was not shown in the video. Prior to cooking is a must to not only first wash off - then also boil off the Pig Feets "gray skum".
No cucumber???
Sure.. I normally add it while serving
So you don't use the original water you used at first.
I Lovvvve souse. I don't think I've had pig feet. I've had chicken and cow feet, as long as its spicy i'm good to go.
Lol I love it spicy too
De salt to much
