      @HarryLever Thank you. Two meals a day is great for maintaining weight. On the other hand, if someone is interested in losing weight, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend extended fasting. Fasting for 50, 75, or even 100 hours has been the most effective.

    OMAD has really helped with my perimenopause symptoms. I started about a month ago to lose weight. But I noticed that it was helping to lessen the perimenopause symptoms to the point where I didn't have heavy cycles anymore. My skin looked better. I was starting to looked tone. My perimenopause belly was flattening. It's been a game changer for my health. I have more energy.

      What are the main three benefits you noticed doing this? I ask because your example is so extreme.. you're eating less than 1000 calories a day for sure, current-day doctors don't recommend dipping below 1500 calories for anyone.
      I do understand that a lot of current medicine is BS or not true and pushed by pharmaceutical companies to make people sick. But I'm still curious because of how long your calorie count is.
      Do you ever get tired? Do you lift weights or run/do cardio? Do you take any supplements? Do you drink alcohol ever? Just all things to consider

    It's heartbreaking to me that our creator gets zero credit. The two words referenced the most in scripture is "Love and Fasting". Fasting is referenced 77 times. I didn't need science to understand that through prayer and fasting the dead and damged goes out and the body heals. It's turning cells and rejuvenating the body.

    • @SailBoy1987
      @SailBoy1987 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Absolutely, but the term "Fasting" does not just apply to food. It can be fasting of "sins", "pleasures", "entertainment", "desires", or anything that you only truly need in small doses
      At the base of it all, we are here to live. What does living entail? Having a roof/shelter over your head, having clean water to drink, having some good food to eat, and having some socialization. Beyond that, everything beyond that, was literally taught to us by the esoteric matrix created by the bad one and his earthly minions. We don't need anything beyond a home, water/food, and relationships with friends. Seriously

    The hunger hormone ghrelin is secreted before you eat. If you change your eating to omad ghrelin will still be secreted at the times you were previously eating which will drive you crazy. If you resist the urge, ghrelin will eventually recede and omad will be easier.
