So I have a story to tell. I was summoning for Romulus, right? And then after 120 SQ I see the rainbow spin!!! But it was a Mordred spook (NP1 so I was happy and sad) and the very next card was a 4 star saber lol.
I decided to make a final 30SQ skip roll. I skipped, a lancer card appeared, it was Romulus...... not the SSR the normal one (I still didn't have him).
It was pretty wild for me, at least

The Fiore CE is actually really good if the character it's on relies on Invincibility for a skill or NP effect, since it won't cancel it out. Fiore also has damage cut, which is better for survivability than Volumen's damage increase. In short, it has its niche, and it provides equivalent value in most cases.
