In this video, I show you how to recreate and adapt Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds United tactics in FIFA 20; so that it will actually work in game.
Bielsa's philopsophy on football is matched by the way his teams are setup and play. In possession, they try to attack as much as possible; generally passing the ball from side-to-side far less. Instead, looking for fast, vertical options to breakdown the opposition.
This is coupled in with hos his team acts out of possession. Everyone player in the team has a defensive responsiblity, whether that be pressing on the front foot, or tracking back a considerable distance to get goal side or win the ball back.
