US$62.5m swindle! Part 2: keeping JPS profitable

The goal should be to eliminate the annual US$52m JPS bill, not to brag about being innovative. Taking water facilities off the grid should have been started a decade ago. The funds are available to start the process today, at the end of Oct 2022 there was US$3.77b in the net international reserves.
It is gross mismanagement and criminal negligence to ignore a return on investment of 3 years but keeping JPS profitable is the objective of the JLPNP. It is treasonous. To get answers and stop this abuse of the people's money sign up to participate in a National Day of Action.
