First off, shout out to Louis Camille. Gotta say, the grated butter tip is truly next level. Very much appreciate the small details of curating flavor through technique! Huge fan man keep the videos coming - every single one has been a game changer.
That MSG tip!! I’ve been wanting to use it ever since I read the reports on how it’s not actually bad for you… Any suggestions on where to buy it? I feel like I’ve not seen it in stores, but maybe I’m just not looking.
great video! What temperature do you run your traeger when using the griddle? and aside from space does it work ok compared to your blackstone? I want to get a griddle for my pellet grill, but not sure if it would get hot enough.
I would keep your Traeger as high as it can go! The griddle cools off quickly after cooking on it, and needs a few minutes to heat back up before adding more burgers. Traegers obviously can't get as hot as something like a gas grill so I would just keep it on high
Hey friend! Thanks so much for watching. There's many opinions on this, but as I shared in the video I think 2 parts salt, to 1 part msg is generally a good ratio. You can also just dust it on your food right before cooking for a subtle addition. Happy cooking!
I love bbqing but have always been sketched out with burgers. Definitely following your lead on this. Good tips!

It's in stores! Since all the bad press you can usually find it rebranded as "Accent - Flavor Enhancer"

But I have a question, brother, what is the ideal ratio that combines salt and MSG?
