Very nice. The textures are well implemented into Windy Valley. The only thing I'm not really a fan of are the Heroes voice clips for Metal. They just don't fit the atmosphere at all (especially with how often he cuts himself off.) If you'd have to use voice clips I'd say go for the mechanical whirs from the Mario & Sonic games. Otherwise though I think this is very well done, and I especially love the custom run animation for Sonic!
He doesn't speak in that until the very end though. Otherwise he's completely silent save for a few whirs and clicks.

That's really cool, now I wish they would make a new 3D Sonic that plays like adventure but has the Saturn art style with the OVA artstyled cutscenes and voice work (probably not that last one)

Pretty nice, are you going to release it? - nvm I thought you linked the remixes for a second, thanks for releasing it.
I also think you should've kept the Victory animation(and added a sonic voice there) and made the run animation for Tails kick in a bit later, other than that Stardust Speedway looked pretty nice, liked the Green Hill(or well, Sonic World) bits even if they clashed with the background.
