This is great! It's about time someone made a video on this. Much appreciated thank you!
You are very welcome! Thankyou for sharing your thoughts!
Absolutely genius. I’m definitely making it. Thank you!!
😁👌 you’re very welcome!
Sent this to my niece who is an aesthetician. She does permanent cosmetics. No idea why it popped up in my feed, but so glad it did. I wish I had the money to get a bunch of tattoos.
It will indeed be very useful for permanent cosmetics artists!
@@AbusevTattoo 💖. Thank you for sharing
I loved this I’m goin to try thank you so much I was looking for a silicone alternative recipe
You are very welcome
Don't currently have the money for the good practice skins out there and in a moment of ddeperation, clicked into this video. I'll try this tomorrow!
double or triple the ingredients to have thicker skin a a result. Feedback will be appreciated 🙂
I am gonna try this
say whaaat?! I need to try out now :D this is genius. thanks for this and more!
You are very welcome!
Hvala sestro!❤
🙏
Awesome video thanks for making it
you are very welcome!
Definitely going to try this just thinking if you want to evaluate your needle depth don’t use the foundation leave it clear
That won’t exactly work as you think it does, bit you can try and see 😊
Thank you so much
You are very welcome!
I just made this. Amazing. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Really, you have total control, you fee emeediatly when the needle pentrates the sikin and you can tatto at the same speed as normal skin with perfect results. 👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️
I do a lot of fake skin tattoos. I will try out the recipe soon... Thanks a lot for this.
👌 you are very welcome! Please share your thoughts ones you try this out🙏
@@AbusevTattoo will do ☺️
@@bwildtattoo you did? Could you give feedback on what you thought of it?
@@Haiikus sure, it was very soft. Too soft imo. Gonna make some adjustments because i use these skins for multiple pass layering black and grey realism and I need something more durable like a human skin.
That’s brilliant. Does it melt by chance after awhile or does it stay in that form
It stays in that form, but you can melt it if you put it in the microwave again
That’s a great recipe, feels pretty convincing. Would I add more gelatine to increase the density?
gelatine and glycerine should be in the same proportion, however you can try decreasing the amount of foundation
Today i'm gonna try to make it.
How did it work for you?!
@@AbusevTattoo so well. I really liked that you don't need to use any stencil stuff to transfer the design to the fake skin and it doesn't erase!! I used Vaseline to clean it and it didn't work, so I used soap and it worked to clean it, but I would like to know how you clean it? and if in this fake skin you can also use magnum for shading and coloring or just Rl?
вот это ноу-хау. аплодирую за изобретение)))
🙏 благодарим
Great video ! Does this skin last for a porfolio of work ? Does it degrade or shrink in any way ? Thanks 👍🏼
Doesn’t shrink but will collect dust, so I’d advise to cover it with a plastic film
And store in a cool place, it will melt when heated
Ive just done my first skin following your tutorial. Except i did screw it a bit with the foundation it came really nice and look forward to try and tattoo on it❤ thank you so much for this tutorial. I did let it dry and tried on but it ripped the skin going not even 1mm deep. Should i put more gelatine?
Good day! You can double or triple all the ingredients to make it thicker!
@@AbusevTattoo i will try that thank you
Wow how cool is tthat? I want to try.
👍
This is super cool! Is there a way of making it without a microwave?
Yes! There is a water bath heating method that you can do on a regular stove
Amazing! How long do I let it sit in a water bath?
I suppose if you want to make bigger pieces just double the recipe? Im having trouble thinking of what to use for a mold/form. Thank you so very much for this im sure its cheaper to make than to buy fake skin.
That’s correct, or if you want to make it a thicker layer. All flat tray like pieces can be used as a mould, container lids do well for me
@@AbusevTattoo thank you!
So I made a piece and liked the texture but do you have any tips on wiping the ink off? It was very hard to wipe the ink off after each line I pulled. Had to use alcohol to get it to come off. Other than that I like it better than Reelskin which is what I always use. Any tips would be very appreciated thank you guys!
Before tattooing it try applying a very thin layer of vaseline, just as you would do with real skin
@@AbusevTattoo ok I'll give it a try. Thank you.
It's a bit hard to clean up, but it is really like a real skin
use a very thin layer of vaseline in the process
can i used a gelatin replacer
No idea, give it a try and let us know how it goes
I bought all the ingredients and I'm about to try it. Have anyone done it and it really looks like on the video? What about time in the microwave? It's 8, 8 and 5 second enough? Isn't there any chance that I will mess up the microwave? (Have flatmates). But the idea looks great! Thanks for the video! ;)
that really depends on the power of your microwave
you can try shorter periods of time if afraid to mess up, keep mixing and heating until it's fully melted and BEFORE it starts to boil (you'll notice it bubbling up when it begins to boil)
Hi good day what size thickness of fake skin best to work with 1mm or 3mm
I find 1 centimeter thickness suitable
How does this method compare to silicone and cornstarch in your opinion?
There are many different silicone types, so it’s quite hard to compare to such a variety, what specific comparison are you looking for? I don’t know what you mean by corn starch
Anyone ever try making it with silicone and corn starch? Any differences or which is better??
haven't tried that, how are the results for you?
Watching this as someone who doesn’t do tattoos lol
What kind of topic would interest you personally regarding tattoos?
Youre not the only one...
Same. I don’t but my niece is an aesthetician and does permanent cosmetics. I just want to get some more tattoos and get this ugly one on my back fixed.
thankyou for sharing your thoughts! are you going to cover it up, or restarted?@@kristinasportal
Same I've never seen this kind of practice method in actual life. Lol most artists practice on people.
Can you put stencils on it tho?
Ofcourse!
What do you wipe with? I found vaseline is just penetraiting the skin and smear
Paper towel with water to wipe, a very thin layer of vaseline before needle touches the skin
Thanx, i noticed wiping with vaseline as with normsl skins it tens to get blurry. Vaseline and paperTowel it is 🙏
Looks very cool! It is more environment friendly?
It’s organic, so yes
its gelatine, so no.
@TheLastGameekaner gelatine is organic
@@AbusevTattoo animal products are the most harmful industry for our environment. Period. Organic or not, that doesnt mean anything
@@TheLastGameekaner why do you think so
What happens if I leave it clear
You can try and make a couple , one of them without foundation and you will see the difference in the process of tattooing it
I tried it, but the skin was very sticky any idea why and seemed to break easily
you may have added too much foundation to it
Is glycerine an over the counter product?
Sure, it’s sold at the pharmacy
@@AbusevTattoo do you have to have a prescription ?
@scott5669 no, you don’t
@@AbusevTattoo Thank you so much for replying ..Your Awesome & kind🤘🏻
@@scott5669😊 you are very welcome
I dont wanna say that it doesn't work but here are the problems I faced:
1. The foundation makeup thing doesn't blend with the mixture, it just stays on the surface and on my hands
2. its kinda crumbly, I used glycerine for cooking, not from the pharmacy, maybe thats the problem?
3. It becomes very jelly like when I add the gelatine, not liquid like in the video
4. its sticky
5. The ink doesn't seem to stay in
Good day! here's how I'd solve the above problems :
1. Stop the microwave process more often to give the contents more mixes
2.As long as glycerin is pure, there should't be a problem
3. try increasing the heat, because the only way it becomes liquid is by melting.
4. maybe your gelatin or glycerine has pre added added sugars?
Will this work in an oven? I do not have a microwave as I am living off grid 😅
Then you can use a method called "bain-marie" or "water bath" it’s a cooking technique used to gently heat food or to keep it warm over a period of time. It involves placing a container (such as a bowl or pot) of food inside a larger, shallow pan filled with hot water. The water surrounds the food container with gentle heat, allowing the food to cook evenly and preventing it from overheating or curdling. An oven is not a good option though.
@@AbusevTattoo alright, thank you for the alternative method explanation! I will give it a try 🙏🖤
you ar every welcome! don't boil it! low heat
@@SuaraAlaMProductions
Can it be re-use again and again ? ❤️
It can be remelted and used again, it will ofcourse have some tone from the ink added to it each time you remelt it, but it doesn’t affect it’s properties
@@AbusevTattoo Can I take a picture of you? So that I could show my Tattoo artist what I want. ❤️
She is so beautiful ❤️😍
@user-mh3ws1ol5c thankyou for asking, you can show your artist the video :)
@@AbusevTattoo but I want your picture for the clear art ❤️❤️❤️❤️
U see one mistake can spoil it
And I don't want to spoil your picture on my tattoo ❤️❤️❤️😍
Sorry, don't quite understand, what do you want a tattoo of?
I just tried it out, I was able to make a medium size piece, 3mm thick, for around 1$. Now I gotta tattoo on it! Thank so you much
Edit: I tried it out, it's feels soft but elastic, no problem applying vaseline to it, I will make more of these and try different needles
Glad you’ve enjoyed it! Thankyou for your feedback
Hello, it works with shadows and full color?
It does, in fact it will give you quite a good immitation of trauma, if you go over one spot one too many times
