    Hi sir I am having lower back pain right side in joints
    I thought its due to deficiency of Calcium but even after taking supplements i am having serious pain sometimes
    Can you please tell me the prevention for this

    I am having this pain from past 2 months. There was no accident just long hours of sitting due to studies. I am using coccyx pillow simce past 1 month but not able to sit for long hours. What should I do?

      It will take time for reducing. Try doing sits bath

    Sir, yesterday when i was practicing long jump.. "jump nd sit back " depend on my buttux after the jump.. now it's paining..
    Is this exercises are enough for reducing pain ??
