50 KM QUER DURCH DIE DEUTSCHE HAUPTSTADT
Berlin-Marsch mit neuer, verbesserter Wanderstrecke - TOP!
Was für ein unvergesslicher, herrlicher Wandertag am Tag der deutschen Einheit in Berlin - 50 km Herausforderung quer durch die Hauptstadt - zu Fuß!
Start war im Nordwesten der Stadt - in Spandau, durch langgezogene Grünanlagen und Wanderwege orientiert am Hauptstadtfluss - der Spree - immer weiter stadteinwärts. Vorbei an Waldbühne und Olympiastadion, durch das Herz Berlins - an Bellevue, Siegessäule, Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Fernsehturm entlang, ging es hinaus ins grüne Köpenick im Südosten der Stadt bis zum Müggelsee. Die Strecke war wie die Stadt - grün, grau, schwarz, blau, braun, weiß, rot - einfach bunt. Was für eine tolle Herausforderung, was für ein spannendes Abenteuer, ob als Einzelstarter oder als Staffelteam!
Diese unglaublich, wunderschöne Wanderstrecke war im Vergleich vom letzten Jahr viel besser geworden - attraktiv, unterhaltsam und erkennbar durch die vielen schönen Berliner Sehenswürdigkeiten!
Verpflegung war einwandfrei und allen hatten Spaß beim Wandern - wir hatten auch Glück mit dem Oktoberwetter.

Berlin march with new, improved hiking route - TOP!
What an unforgettable, wonderful day of hiking on the Day of German Unity in Berlin - 50 km challenge across the capital - on foot!
The start was in the north-west of the city - in Spandau, through long green spaces and hiking trails oriented towards the capital's river - the Spree - further and further into the city. Past the Waldbühne and the Olympic Stadium, through the heart of Berlin - along Bellevue, the Victory Column, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, the television tower, and out into the green Köpenick in the southeast of the city to the Müggelsee. The route was like the city - green, gray, black, blue, brown, white, red - simply colorful. What a great challenge, what an exciting adventure, whether as an individual starter or as a relay team!
This incredibly, beautiful hiking route was much better than last year - attractive, entertaining and recognizable due to the many beautiful Berlin sights!
The food was perfect and everyone had fun hiking - we were also lucky with the October weather.
