I made this for dinner. I cooked chicken stock from the wings with veggies, then made a cornstarch/baking powder/seasoning dredging for the wings, fried them, then poured this liquid gold sauce on top. This was the best lemon pepper wings I ever made. The Tajin is the secret ingredient, I will never skip it!! ❤

How prominent is the mustard taste in these wings (during marinating and in the sauce)? We're not big mustard fans. however, I have a few recipes that the mustard was not noticed. It just offered a 'Lil something to the whole entrée.
What do you suggest to replace the mustard with? I'm allergic to mustard. I really want to try these... I make a raspberry chipotle wings... They are really good... So good that I can make 100 of them and they are gone in one sitting and the boy's asking if there's more. A very expensive fix for 5 of us. Lol.

I was in shock the other day I went to dollar tree and the season selection was actually pretty good there and $1.25 ... I can save a ton on many things. I hadn't been in a dollar tree in forever and was pleasantly surprised by all their stuff.
It’s actually not. If they are seasoned and straight from the fridge (which would have made them to a proper temp. 31°-41°f) they are okay to set on a counter for up to a hour to bring down the coldness from the middle of the meat so you can get a even cook throughout.
I finally made these. I've never made chicken that I liked until now. Highly recommend people try this one.

The mustard is just the binder/makes the seasoning stick to it. You don’t really taste it once the meat is cooked.
I use mustard also as a binder. You can’t really taste that flavor. At least try it.

Do this same method, but use only potato starch instead of any flour. It's just better, in every possible way. Trust me.
