Many of you already know that Eddie Hazel is a guitarist of unique talent and feel, like Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan. This is a special extended version of his classic song Red Hot Momma (or Mama), from the Funkadelic album Standing On The Verge Of Getting It On, remixed and remastered in my home studio. Eddie solos for another 3 minutes after the album version fades out! Eddie co-wrote the song and gave credit to his mother G. Cook
The late, great Eddie Hazel. Perhaps the most underrated Guitarist ever.

Four Comments, so sad , this Dude was better than Jimmy Page , Slash, plus he could sing ,write , produce , listen to jis remake of She's so heavy by the Beatles buried there Ass, sad Black Guitarist get no love, we have natural feel that White Musician's Donit posses , but they stole the blues ,created a harder sound, eppke dont k kw hiw the Rolling Stones hot there Name , from the late Great Muddy Waters , and i dig the Stones ,they have a feel becuz they had Mad respect for those Brothers in the South, guys like Eddie Van Halen all his shit sounds the same , ask about the Original Funkadelics, in which George Clinton gets all the credit What a freaking joke !
