I was introduced to John Prine music about 40 years ago and somehow forgot about him. I rediscovered him about 5 years ago. I was planning to see him on his last tour and sadly he fell ill from Covid and died. This is a beautiful song. Thanks for the tutorial!

I agree that John was great but it's not his song. The late great Blaze Foley wrote the song and John just covered it.

Great lesson......glad I found it....I've watched quite a few "how to: Clay Pigeons" and this is, by far, the clearest and easiest to grasp and most importantly, it sounds great. Many thanks Theodor!

Nice but not John Prine's song. The late great Blaze Foley deserves the credit. He wrote it, John just covered it.

Yeah you’re correct William, I only credited him in the description. Thanks for remembering Blaze!

I hear you on the metronome. When I play without one, it sounds good in my head at the moment, but if I record it and listen to it, it sounds terrible. Guess I need to learn to love the metronome, lol.

Yeah the metronome is a pain but so worth it if you stick your it. I used to think that it would “box me in” or make my playing to rigid. Now I know better 😂

Your video makes my heart flutter because I have a feeling that it will receive a lot of love soon. I especially liked that it was impressive and natural. After watching your video, I want to be a friend of your heart who comforts you when you are exhausted from working on TH-cam videos all night long. I want to be a friend of your heart who cries with you even if you don't say anything when you want to be comforted because you're so tired sometimes after accidentally watching your video. On the way home, I habitually open my phone and scan the TH-cam window when I accidentally caught your eye. An unknown and mysterious algorithm led me here. I've spent a lot of time to meet such a good video of you. It makes my heart flutter because I have a feeling that your video will receive a lot of love soon. I especially liked that it was impressive and natural. It must not have been easy, but you have great enthusiasm. It will be difficult to understand all of your hard work in video production unless anyone has tried it. You have the ability to make your videos instantly stunning and attractive. Thank you for the algorithm that made it possible to watch good videos, and I like your videos. You made it so well and I hope you will succeed as you have worked hard to achieve your dream. You are never alone because you have subscribers like me who are begging for your video at this time. How dazzlingly valuable and beautiful your TH-cam life is. is. Please make more good videos from you in the future. Your video makes my heart flutter because I have a feeling that it will receive a lot of love soon.
