Curious how long you have been cooking plant based? It took me a couple of years to figure out cooking . Exploring different ethnic foods was key for me. Thai, Mexican, Japanese, Middle eastern, etc. i didn't know many spices before going plant based.
I live in NB Canada, you can usually find sun-dried tomatoes at the Bulk Barn. If you have your own reusable bags, you can get them there and cut down on the packaging.
Stews have alot of starch that flows into the dish to allow it to thicken so you will find potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes and other starchy foods (also beans, lentils)in stews where soups dont have to have the starch and the the foods all hold together with a more watery broth. I think strews are better to stick to your ribs.

I usually end up with too much. Yesterday I got 2 containers per batch.

The cost of the "Milky Plant" is not outrageous when you think that a "Kitchenaid" stand mixer cost about the same and you're more likely to use the stand mixer less than something that helps make plant based milk. good overview of book, think i'll check it out! that roswell picture tho 😂 literal lol . confused tho why you keep saying adult vs kids favours/tastes - kids just eat & like what they're used to! maybe it's different in europe, kids dont get 'special' meals, even young, so there's no different favours/tastes for them...
Our kids don't get special meals, but kids and adults do have different taste buds. As we age our taste buds start to die so we need more intense flavours, which is often why children prefer blander food. Infants have around 30,000 tastebuds spread throughout their mouths. By the time we hit adulthood, only about a third of these remain, mostly on our tongues. So flavours are more intense for the young.
@@pbwithjeremyDoesn't make dieticians recommendations about not doing special/separate meals because kids don't have 'completely different tastes' or the research showing that “reinforces picky eating habits” less true…but it makes for good yt eh! ;)

@@pbwithjeremyDoesn't make dieticians recommendations about not doing special/separate meals because kids don't have 'completely different tastes' or the research showing that “reinforces picky eating habits” less true…but it makes for good yt eh! ;)
I hope you rate this one higher than BORROW.
You'll have to watch to see!
Your ratings are so unfair that I refuse to watch anymore of your shows.@@pbwithjeremy

I love it when Woolie yummmmmms. Gives me hope! The candy thing though. 20 bucks for 2kg of candy can be a good deal. If it’s awesome candy. If it’s yucky it’s not worth a penny. Just sayin. There’s some awful candy out there now. Awful I say.
Not CrEma, it’s crema, like enigma, but if you eat plant based, you won’t need an enigma!!
I think you mean enema…
