50,000 now thats what I'm talking about. Why doesnt the canadian mint do that? I wish they'd release some ones in that 10,000-100,000 range. Something actually worth putting away.
Completely agree with you thinking here! It's been on my mind a lot recently, too. Hopefully the KCIII coinage is significantly lower mintage. Would've been nice if the colourised "Bluenose under Sail" dimes had been made lower mintage.
@@sawyerdawson28 It's kind of a joke. The mint knows they need to keep people interested in coins, yet they never make anything actually worth keeping. They make the ticky tacky gift shop coins with a coloured stamp on them, but nothing that would actually make someone money. Instead of spending all that money on colour, make a whole new design and just run 15,000 of them. People would go nuts trying to find them. And at that mintage it would be a serious coin to have, not just normal pocket change fun.
Holy crap! I didn't know about this convention. I'm in London....heading to this convention fer sher!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey, why not - it will be a great time. Don't forget to enter the draw! Good Luck!
Nice! I'm in St Catharines so Hamilton isn't far away! I'll have to see if I can make it to the convention!
Just my luck to be on vacation this month.
If the ONA convention was later this year, I would have been there.... Maybe next year 🙂
For sure!

I guess that leaves us south of the border ineligible.
Unfortunately - unless you want to make the trip!!
