If you buy directly from the manufacturer, it's a better price. And if you use a liquid gelling powder sold in bulk online, you can pee in it several times before going #2 and that gets 3 times the flushes out of each cartridge

I think is a bad 😞 idea cause it fills up the land fills much more faster . A incineration toilet would be a much better one to have , cause there is no waste just ash ,that would be much better for the planet and since you already have L.P.G. on broad it would only make sense to do it that way since you all do not want another tank..

$105 for 3 cartridges. 1 cartridge should be good for 17 flushes as advertised. Thats around $2 per flush. But real world usage, you dispose the cartridge way beforebthe 17th flush. Like this video who just did his 6th flush. So way too expensive per flush, especially if you have many rubber duckies lying around that you want to dispose of. Cool tech though. I hope the chinese make a knock-off cartridge for these type of toilets for $1 per cartridge. Then that would be economical.

However, I now know what one of these things is now and it's pretty cool, if you have the cash for it. Has to have been developed for NASA, right, like Tang?
