Yes Mr Rajasekhar you are correct. Recently GRT has opened a new show room in Hyderabad A.S.Rao Nagar. Customer service is really poor. They didn't even bother to give drinking water in spite of repeated requests. Finally I went to pantry and drank water myself. I think difficult times has just started for GRT. Let's see

U have nicely compared wastage and other incidental cist, but, what about Gold purity? When we take our gold for exchange they do quality / purity check whereas, when we buy ornament, I have never seen them placing the ornament in the purity machine before finalizing the bill. We totally believe on the shop for the purity. Take a video how to check purity of gold while purchasing jewelry.

As my uncle has jewellery shop he told some specific things why we choose grt. While making jewels joints some shops may use 19 or 20karat gold but in grt that one also 22karat he said. Small things makes big difference na. I just shared information that I know.
