For your kind information - There are two rivers in Varanasi that is flowing underground everywhere in Varanasi, so not only that temple, but when you notice around the bank of the river in Varanasi most of the stairs, monuments, platforms are getting leaned and collapsed because the water that is flowing under it (two rivers) that is what making its base weak everyday everytime, if there will be maintaince accordingly time to time, Those two rivers are Dhrutpapa & Kirna rivers

However, his mother spoke and she asked him if he was sure to have returned all the favour she had done for him. She asked him to go and see the temple again to make sure it was fully completed. On arrival, he found the temple had become slanted. Bottom line of the story is that one can never really return the favours their mothers have done for them because they are priceless

The temple mentioned doesn't have equal weight/proportion on top as the bottom. The very reason why the leaning tower of Pisa baffled architects as it would be impossible for a building to stand inclined having the same weight and proportion.
