Hope island is natural break waters to Kakinad a deep water port and anchorage port.But the maximum depth of deep water port after dredging will be 16 meters only.Hence the construction work of Kakinad a Gate way port near Kakinad a SEZ(30 km s North side of Kakinad a deep water port)should be completed as early as possible as it will be the deepest port in India with 22 meters depth.
Yanam(Pondicheri state)should be provided with a railway line by laying Kakinada-Kotipalli Railway line via Tallarevu and Yanam(parallel to NH 216 from Kakinad a to yana m and parallel to Gowthami river from Yanam to Kotipalli).This railway line will be useful to travel from Yanam to state capital Pondichery.

AP state government wanted to sell Machil patnam and Bhavanapadu ports to A Dani to construct and operate them but A Dani refused to buy them.Hence AP government is going to construct them with its own money.

Every sea going vessel needs adequate "draft", the depth of water when it berths close to the land. It may be 45 to 48 feet for an Ocean-going vessel nowadays, that is unavailable mostly on Indian coast (good or significant ports). Innumerable Rivers &their deltas compound this lack, as they add silt making the shores shallow. This is the problem with Machilipatnam on Krishna river delta. A port is ruled out for it (but for river craft as in olden days). Bhavanapadu has a creek, that if properly "trained" will yield a proper port.

Bad News. ప్రైవేటు వ్యక్తుల సంస్థల వ్యాపారానికి నేను విముఖుడినికానుగాని, అవి అలా అలా చేతులుమారి ఏ గుజరాతీల, ఉత్తరదేశీయుల పరమో అయ్యే ప్రమాద ముంది. అప్పుడు వారు తమ ప్రాంతాల నుండి తమ మనుషుల్ని తెచ్చుకుని, ఆ విధంగా సమీపాంధ్రులకి ఉద్యోగాలు దక్కనీ యకుండా చేసే ప్రమాదముంది. చేతులు మారి మరో "ఈస్ట్ ఇండియా కంపెణీ"కి చేతులు మారొచ్చు. ఇలాంటి కీలక వ్యవస్థలు ఆంధ్రుల ప్రయోజనాలకని తమ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వమే చేపట్టాలి, పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టాలి. మిగతా అభివృద్ధిచెందిన రాష్ట్రాలు (తమిళ నాడు, గుజరాత్) ఇదే చేస్తున్నాయి గనక, మనం చేస్తే తప్పులేదు. మన రాష్ట్రతీరాన లభించే "ప్రాకృతిక గ్యాస్" నిల్వలు ఇలాగే అంబానీ పరమైనాయి (అప్పుడు ప్రతిపక్షంలో వున్నమోదీ, ఒకయెలక్షనుప్రసంగంలో "గ్యాసు మీది, ప్రయోజనం మాది" అని ఎద్దేవాచేశాడు ). అప్పటి మన ముఖ్యుడు, నార బాబు నిద్దరోతున్న సంగతి (తామూ నిద్దరోకుండా ఉంటే) అందరికీతెలిసినదే. ఆతరవాత వచ్చిన వైయస్సార్, మన తీర ప్రాంతాల్లోనే ఆగ్యాసు నిక్షేపాలు పెట్రో-కెమికల్ పరిశ్రమలు నెలకొల్పడానికి వినియోగించాలని కేంద్రంతో జగడం పెట్టుకున్నాడు. సందేహాస్పద పరిస్థితిలో హెలికాప్టరు యానం కుప్పకూలి తన ప్రాణం పోగొట్టుకున్నాడు (పైలట్, ఇంతకుముందు అంబానీ "ఆఫ్‌ షోర్" హెలికాప్టరు యానాలు నడిపే వాడట).
ఆంధ్రుల ఈ దౌర్భాగ్యం (తెలివిలేని తనం) ఈనాటిదికాదు, శతాబ్దాల పాతది. ఒకవిశేష మేమిటంటే, సమయానికి "డబ్బు" సమకూర్చ లేకపోడం ; మరదేపని ఒక గుజరాతి ఎలా చేయగలుగుతున్నాడో! ఐనా ఆంధ్రులు మేలుకోరెందుకో? ఆ "నరం" వారి మస్తిష్కాల లో లేదేమో !

AP state government wanted to sell Machil patnam and Bhavanapadu ports to A Dani to construct and operate them but A Dani refused to buy them.Hence AP government is going to construct them with its own money.

Every sea going vessel needs adequate "draft", the depth of water when it berths close to the land. It may be 45 to 48 feet for an Ocean-going vessel nowadays, that is unavailable mostly on Indian coast (good or significant ports). Innumerable Rivers &their deltas compound this lack, as they add silt making the shores shallow. This is the problem with Machilipatnam on Krishna river delta. A port is ruled out for it (but for river craft as in olden days). Bhavanapadu has a creek, that if properly "trained" will yield a proper port.
Should be mechanized for quick loadings at sea ports that it may save the time and money.
