    How long does it take between the alarm sounding and take off? How many minutes?

    • @VeniVidiVandaliAuz
      @VeniVidiVandaliAuz ปีที่แล้ว

      It takes anywhere from 10 minutes down to 2 minutes depending on the alert level. If they have prior warning it could be as little as 2 minutes.

    • @leftoneful

      I believe it was reported in the news that ng eng han said it was no threat, so no need to scramble. Probably that was just an excuse for not daring to confront the big bully china. Useless.

      That PLA plane flew into Malaysia airspace not Singapore…. Singapore military informed Malaysia but did not scramble because its not Singapore airspace….

      Chinese air force ma ok ok only lor. China is Singapore's big brother. Have to let them fly pass over to Malaysia. Any idea how many fighters and bombers flew in formation? 16 aircrafts. They fly over all the smaller countries airspace so coolly but when others fly not over their airspace but close by and China gets paranoid. I can do anything but not others policy.

    It is nice to see a Singaporean malay serving as a fighter pilot in the SAF. At least I see Major Iskandar and Capt Nicholas speaks reasonably good English. Most of the Singapore pilots really struggle to speak good English.

    • @CrossbredmiMiyang
      @CrossbredmiMiyang ปีที่แล้ว

      They are trained to fly the aircraft protecting and serve this island and if you want to hear “good English” you should go British council buy a ticket every Wednesday evening watch the authentic English speaking drama .

      exactly i would rather see a real scramble in action then a wayang one with epic music playing in the background for what cant they just film what it's really like smh.. they also always feel the need to make it looks like a movie scene very cringey it is already epic by itself no need to make it so dramatic

    First the enemy will take out your runway with their long distance rockets then Singapore is gone.
    This video shows a very hilarious plot where the enemy will fly towards Singapore blindly and allow Singapore Airforce to take their own sweet time to intercept the enemy.
    What a joke. And pampered Singaporeans are going to be doomed with this kind of assumptions.

    • @shadowj3311
      @shadowj3311 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      What a joker you are that all can said.

    • @Kaga184
      @Kaga184 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      What is a joke is assuming Singapore doesn't utilise airborne early warning systems or counter-battery radars to be alerted of any hostiles. (Feel free to google the systems online.) And of course, with prior warning, there are ground-based air defence systems too to intercept with surface-to-air missile batteries.
      As for "easily taking their own sweet time to intercept", ever heard of "Quick Reaction Alert"? Aircraft that are readied for departure on a moment's notice. Or perhaps not.
      You sure seem like the pampered one here, making the assumption that you know something an entire government doesn't know or hasn't managed to figure out a solution to. LOL.
