😂😂😂 Yes, I most certainly did have impulse coasters on my mind, plus impulse at knoebel's too... I even missed it through all of my editing too. 😂 Sorry guys!
I think your last comment is extremely important, and it's a big part of why I consider Hershey my home park despite the fact that Dorney and Great Adventure are closer. Hersheypark cares about their rides. They put a lot of time, money, and energy into making sure that experiences they've invested in previously continue to deliver. So many parks build their new shiny thing and after the novelty wears off they forget about them. Some parks don't even maintain them properly. This Skyrush update is a breath of fresh air and in short order has already changed the vibe from "ride that never has a line and enthusiasts worry it might get torn down" to "popular top tier coaster that will be around for decades to come". I rode it when temps were in the upper 70s a couple weeks back and in my opinion almost nothing was lost while a LOT was gained.
NYC here so Kingda Ka is my home park BUT you are right - Storm Runner is so much better and in my top 5 coasters of all time! Wildcat's Revenge is even better! (I guess I have to ride Skyrush with the new trains, cuz that never grabbed me aside from the first drop.)
I would say that Skyliner is likely the only one of those 3 that would crack into the top 25. Blue streak became an awful ride experience in its last several years. Truthfully more surprised they closed it before the state made them close it. (Truthfully Might be the real reason it's gone)
Skyrush was better with old seat and restraint regardless of temperature it won’t hit the same as it did but for those who hated the old restraint I can see how they will like the new setup better. The theming in the station is great though
Still growing it! Trying to do my best about shedding some light on some of our parks and coasters, thanks for coming along with us! Hopefully you'll continue to join us!
You called Possessed at Dorney Park "Impulse" instead of "possessed" lol 😅
Thinking too much about impulse coasters I think 😂🤔

Dan, Skyrush got even better with the new restraints. A perfect car crash on rails. 😂
Where would you put Leap the Dips, Skyliner, and Blue Streak?

We shall see, but I'm very much looking forward to some hot summer nights!
@@PennsylvaniaRollercoasterClubme as well. I also can’t wait till they start running 2 trains on skyrush and storm runner again.
Woodstock Express will break your back if you aren’t prepared when it engages before the lift hill.
Some of the powered coasters can certainly give a jolt when going back up the lift hill for another pass around the layout.
How many members you got in that club? Seems to me there isn't anyone that knows much about PA or its parks.

Flying turns is boring to my 7 yr old idk how anyone has that ranked over anything but a couple kiddie coaters
The ride history and efforts to get this constructed and functional are to be commended. This was surely a labor of love project.
It’s fun and a rare style of ride.
Being unique and good are two different things imo
It is basically a kiddie coaster that they had trouble building
