Hello! I am a big fan of NMT and I see a lot of people have good success with it when they combine it with red light therapy! NMT can be tough though and usually I recommend it to people who don’t have major commitments like work or school. I do have a video on NMT if you wanted to check that out!

My eczema has flared up on my legs especially my knees water spots and red patches
