    Recipe:
    1. Mix together 250g Broccoli (Grated), 150g Paneer (Grated), 1 Boiled & Mashed Potato ( Optional ), 1 Chopped Onion, 1 Carrot (Grated), 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp Roasted Besan, 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Dhaiya Powder, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder, Salt, 1 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala, 1 1/2 tsp Til, 7-8 cloves of Garlic (Crushed), 2 tsp Ginger Green Chilli Paste and 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
    2. Mix all together till well combined.
    3. Refrigerate for 15-20 mins
    4. Shape the kebabs and grill on a pan with some oil until golden brown
    5. Serve hot with green chutney, red chutney or mint chutney
