Based on what we see it's implied that O (the jelly fish) was a previous competitor in the race that Satis won 10,000 years ago. It's implied also that he is extremely powerful, likely only surpassed by Sul and Canaletto. He and Satis could've destroyed Canaletto 10,000 years ago with their combined power but he chose to run instead and has apparently regretted that decision since.
