    I’ve had lower back problems since 1975. I see a chiropractor regularly. Last week I started to experience a lot of pain, too much sitting,I’m think. These exercises really help. Thank you!

    These work! I was hit by car @ 4 y.o., lived with pain and tried a lot. Inversion. Diet. Exercise. People are amazed how much energy/strength I have. Qi Gong works
    YOU GET IT DONE!

    This is so great for my low back pains agonising for the last 5 months. Physiotherapist gave the stretching and excecesise but I find adding qigong helps the most important movement - re covering the flow of energy and connection between each movement. Thank you so much for your great workshop , certainly enjoy your another version with your dad and mum! How wonderful! Your mother super.

      It's best to start your qi gong daily qi gong routine by practicing in small doses over time, to see how you feel. Hope this helps!

      I could bet that many people after doing these exercises will have more pain.

      @@ConstructiveMinds100 62 yrs old with 2 herniated discs. Qi Gong really helps me stay pain free and very flexible. I own 6 of his videos and have taken in person classes teaching this style for about a yr.

      Hi there, try doing these exercises really slow, they really help. It’s not necessary to do them as fast as Lee does for good results😊
