its impressive how I took my spine for granted and with 32 years old have so much pain, thanks for the video, I see now a lot of things im doing wroong that might be causing my mid back to hurt so much
Thank you so much. Im having a terrible pain. Can't even sweep the floor from neck to mid back a weird pain. And its cz I did some very hard work over and over withiut giving the body to rest. Having a side ache for one year too. Did tests all okay so have done an xray and awaiting the visit to the doctors. In the meantime praying and putting faith in Gods Word. For my complete healing. Its tough at times as I cant do my work but the Lord will get me thru this I know. 🙏🏽
Another excellent video! This is one of my biggest problems due to a long term hospital stay which had me in a bad back position for many months. These exercises are excellent for loosening up my tight back muscles. Thank you.
This has answered what countless physically therapists have been unable to explain to me. My mid back pain is extremely painful to the point where I can even stand up often.
All vid on mid back pain show you how to fix the pain, no one telling you what is causing it. Thank you!!!! Working as a dev 8-9h on a chair with bad posture 😢 I have much work to do
This was incredibly helpful. This is exactly where my back was hurting and I couldn't figure out why. I have very good posture, don't do any heavy lifting or anything like that. However, I do tend to sleep on my side with my spine rounded, usually curled around one of my dogs. I suspect that could be the culprit. Thank you!
This is the kind of help i need. You almost need an assistant to watch you 24/7 for a month to study your movement patterns. It's hard to study yourself at all times. For sitting on the ball: is that helpful for si joint dysfunction? Could it cause more back pain if you have anterior pevlic tilt? For the sleeping. I found sleeping on my back can irritate my lower back more, even with knees up, because of my si joint dysfunction and the ql being angry just from that as it is. On my side, i noticed i had a rounded back. How can i make sure my back stays straight while sleeping? Could i wear a back brace that's not too tight, so it forces my back to stay straight while sleeping? Would a pillow behind my back help?
I have mild Scheuermann's kyphosis. I find i have one segment of my spine that gets very sore. (Lower thoracic) I find sitting for long periods makes my back sore. I am 52, male and also have osteoporosis. In the past few years it has really affected my life negatively.
I started doing those stretches and felt instant relief The pain happened because i have been sitting in a cheap plastic chair that gets rounded at the back and the bottom the longer i sit in it I will stop sitting in that and stretch daily
Do spinal decompression/therapy machines (where you lie in bed and a machine pulls you apart) provide a (temporary) relief for this stuck joints issue? I understand that preventatively avoiding the positions is more important, but I'm curious about whether such machines can replace the rotation/extension exercises to relieve the soreness.
Yes scoliosis can definitely increase the likelihood of pain in the lower mid back but unless these scoliosis is severe these exercises should help. Plus I have another video on scoliosis that I would recommend
Did you know tongue posture is related to overall posture? The tissues of the tongue connect all the way to your toes. Make sure to place your tongue on the roof of your mouth throughout the day!! Combined with this video right here (and possibly other exercises) and see your posture improve!!!!
Which one are you guilty of?
In my case a mild scoliosis and also a bad posture
All 😔
All. I do sleep on my side with a waist pillow.

This is my condition right now my muscles becoming bigger first time burn pain after pain started bigger I'm so worried.
Kee-cats don't have to worry about proper side posture. Their backs are *always* as limber as can be. 😊
😻😻😻
my lower back is rolled forward, and my shoulders are rounded ?
Yep. Quite possible
I just got this problem tonight on New Year's Eve 😭😭😭
Do u recommend a posture shoulder corrector for a short time per day. Maybe when getting in your steps
Only a short time. I have a video about posture correctors
Wow, I usually put my feet up when I'm relaxing. Another bad habit I need to work on.
What if I have skulliosus sorry don’t know how to spell it

Microwave rice in a cloth bag and place it over the sore back.
