My aunt lived in like a $3 million house and it was insane. Just the basement had a kitchen, a living room, an office, 2 bedrooms and 1 and a half baths. And they had 2 garages but 1 was converted into a gym. I think the first floor had 1 bedroom and an office and then the living room, dining, kitchen and bathrooms and stuff. And the second floor had 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. And of course they had a pool and a hot tub but they also had a putting green because they love golf.
That place was so beautiful.
When James was remaking the floor plan I watched it at speed 0.5x so I could understand what was going on with it and it was soooo funny hearing you two speak two times slower. You seemed like two drunk friends speaking about their moms around too much wine xD.

Started watching it yesterday...just finishing the second part....James, have you been stalking my granny self? Oh, wait, maybe it's Deli? Couldn't be stalked by a nicer two Aussies!

If you search for it as well, you gotta go to the window section and right above the section where you can select the height of your windows are two options. The first one is putting down the windows yourself and the second is the auto-function ^^

I came here first to watch the build when seeing Deli's notification. I started watching and was so confused! Good on you James for shaking things up a bit! You killed it.
I can imagine you , as a frustrated like super like hyper home designer , working for a super rich person and be in the kitchen with like 200$ chairs each and be like " oh my god , i hate those chairs ; THEY DO NOT GO WITH ANYTHING , THEY DO NOT WORK , I HATE THIS " and all the assistants freaking out and disposing of them lmao with your dog like tiny chihuhua in your arms .. picture perfect

That library is just exceptional
I attended Warrawee Public School as a child. My best friend lived in a house on a street just opposite (also in Warrawee). The first time I was invited over I got lost. Her house had 7 bed rooms, 10 bathrooms, a library (seperate from the study and office), a large pool, and a tennis court, among many other rooms. It was only her parents, her older brother, her shih tzu puppy, and herself who lived there.

When the British semi detached was put on here I really wanted a Tudor house. Thanks, good tutorials and gallery builds in this style are so rare. Furnishing is the hardest part of these for me.
