Another wonderful looking dish. I know it will taste good as again this has a striking resemblance to our mutton potato fry..with some variations of course. We make it either with sheep or goat meat and as generally a side dish to biriyani. Thank you Chef .
You can definitely cut back or make recipes that do not call for spices but uses fresh or dried herbs. There are just so many ways of flavoring food, spice use is just one of them.
I just discover this channel a week ago I, I am so in love with his cooking as I start cooking channel too I learned to much from here because we have the some food in common ,Papa you are my inspire. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 can you please share the link of your cooking pans please I do love it 💜 💕
This looks positively delectable chef! If I may please inquire, what is the name of the pan that you used to cook the goat meat? Is that a dutch oven perhaps? Several folks have asked thus my curiosity is piqued. Thanks in advance!
Whats that thing you have added after putting some salts.....it looks like apple juice or what is it??is it a must you add that apple juice thing or its optional
Chef. You need to wash the meat very thoroughly. I would wash out all the blood and the handling of so many people , then wash thoroughly with vinegar and salt. Then dry and marinate. Blessings
For all poultry , meat fish and all ground meat, the CDC, USDA recommendations are to cook to the correct temperatures. The Bacteria are NOT killed by washing but washing instead will likely promote CROSS CONTAMINATION.. Please check the link I shared to update yourself.

Hey please. You must MUST WASH THE MEAT IN LIME, LEMON OR VINGAR. This will get rid of slime or hidden germs in the meat or fish.

Yummy. The goats in my side of the country are too lean. No meat at all. Too hydrated.
Are we talking about pacific NW?? I have the same problem.
Meant too dehydrated. Like beef jerky. Artificial dryness. 😲

Great recipe. Let me let you in on a little secret. To remember how to pronounce "Worcestershire sauce," simply call it "woster-shire sauce."
Thanks for the tip, I call it so many things but its just so delish.

Too much salt . Already spices have salt
I use freshly ground spices and Kosher which more course than regular table salt, Always salt and spice food to taste.
