  • This delicious goat platter recipe is perfect as a week night dinner or for entertaining in just one pot. After all the prepping is done , that is marinating the goat, peeling and cutting the potatoes, onions and the peppers . The dish comes together in one pot and is served family style in a platter, hence the name.

Another wonderful looking dish. I know it will taste good as again this has a striking resemblance to our mutton potato fry..with some variations of course. We make it either with sheep or goat meat and as generally a side dish to biriyani.
    Thank you Chef .

Hey please. You must MUST WASH THE MEAT IN LIME, LEMON OR VINGAR. This will get rid of slime or hidden germs in the meat or fish.

You can definitely cut back or make recipes that do not call for spices but uses fresh or dried herbs. There are just so many ways of flavoring food, spice use is just one of them.

Chef. You need to wash the meat very thoroughly. I would wash out all the blood and the handling of so many people , then wash thoroughly with vinegar and salt. Then dry and marinate. Blessings

For all poultry , meat fish and all ground meat, the CDC, USDA recommendations are to cook to the correct temperatures. The Bacteria are NOT killed by washing but washing instead will likely promote CROSS CONTAMINATION.. Please check the link I shared to update yourself.

I use freshly ground spices and Kosher which more course than regular table salt, Always salt and spice food to taste.
