Well, india is changing very quickly. It's basically a big construction site right now. It was very filthy and unbearable 10 years ago. You would be stuck in traffic jams for hours. Other states were good, but Delhi region was bad. But I visited delhi recently and it was decent enough. Although some regions still need improvement. Other states are fairly good. And there isn't much traffic either.
