Is that where you can try various different new releases?! I’ve heard of them, and due to a recent poor ball selection that didn’t fill the hole I was hoping it would, I’m very interested in finding where/when they happen. Can you enlighten me?

@@user-vp8lp3oh6b So, usually at bowl expo, there is a "demo day" where you can try out the new stuff. Then at the "expo" itself, there are ALL the manufacturers for bowling, such as actual bowling center equipment, food vendors, the ball manufacturers, gaming, etc

Hey beans it’s reacta gloss. I actually sent the email to get the ball added to bowling ball database but I guess that detail was overlooked when it was added. I got the information from an overseas pro shop on Facebook, they posted an image of the box @ 15lb. This is almost certainly coming state side. Reacta gloss + the cover name. I believe overseas releases such as the similar zen gpt get an “80X”cover number for example. This one doesn’t have an X in the number.
Someone told me that recently and I saw a pic. Very nice shelf appeal!

I’m the same with the finish. I usually hit most of my balls with 2000. I do keep my OG Zen shiny though. I just love the way it rolls.
I’m split on sanded vs shiny. I miss the old style 1500 grit polished

Ive been keeping a close eye on SPI now after i missed the Road and Lighting leak. I saw this and the Cell a while ago and thought maybe they're overseas, but now i might have caught them early

This ball will be very close as a symmetrical version of the Magic Gem. Numbers are similar, however, the shape should be more straight with a strong snap off the friction. Let’s see what happens 🤷♂️

I am a fan of the colours because the contrast, at least for my eyes, makes tracking the reaction down lane easier. The red and cyan are definitely bold choices, but since they are complementary, it makes sense against a midnight blue, or whatever that dark third colour is.

Interesting 🤔. I have the 3D Offset, which is a sanded pearl. I have some teammates that have the original Zen, and it was pretty awesome. I have the original wolverine, and I think it is a great piece. I was thinking that you were going to say it would be finished in 500/1000/1500 with HK22 and compound. I think that would be a great punch. I’ve been using compound on my pearls for years, and am glad that they finally caught up. Except I use 3M auto advanced compound, and apply it by hand. So much better than the Brunswick piss that they sell in my humble opinion. As far as the look of the ball, it would probably really pop if it was shiny. Kinda like when you clean some solids after bowling, and when they are wet look gorgeous 😂 for a moment. I think my next piece will be the DV8 Trouble Maker Pearl. It looks great. But I have definitely been wanting a Zen also. Thanks for sharing this info.

Glad a new zen is on the way. Not so sure about all the new AI cores for 14 pounds though as the dif is bigger and with slow speed, it might be an issue. Wait and see I guess.

With a 803 cover & the discontinuation of the Zen GoldI'm pretty certain it's coming stateside. I'm wondering if it's similar to the overseas Zen GPT. I think the Overseas Global balls still use the old numbering system for the covers.

Overseas balls use the new cover system as well, but this one is definitely coming here
@@rb8999 I don't believe the Sublime has been discontinued yet. The XPonent is the other discontinued Global ball.
I guess I'm the first person you know that polishes everything I have...I sand it to 2000 grit and polish it then clean and polish after every 3 game week. I can not throw solids and hate them. I have to have shine to get through the heads and snap on the back end at my center. I never scuff. So there you go...everyone is different...
I also like only shiny pieces. But rather than use polish, I use compound. I use 3M auto compound. I used to use Storm Reacta Shine. If you ever have never used compound, you should try it. Not only does it make your ball shiny and tacky, it also removes dirt and scuff marks and lasts longer. And I apply it by hand and use very little.I also have never scuffed a ball, and if I adjust the cover I have the proshop apply compund.
Some people sand it all, some polish it all. Bowlers choice! :)
If I’m understanding you correctly, is the end resulting shape going to almost be similar to the SuperNova? (Where it reads a little bit earlier, but still is clean and maintains plenty of energy, especially considering it’s a “solid?”)
Very different covers/cores, but you could make an analogy for it being like a symmetrical version so to speak

Ok Chris I'm 61avg. between 205-210 and going up just came back after many years away . I have Zen,Zen Soul the Gold and Phase 2 can't use them any more why NO VOLUME OIL bowl at 8 different places. Can only use Phase 5 og hy road and pearl The Road is good. These NEW PEICES HOOK WAY TO EARLY and Hustles not strong enough cores for corner pins. I don't understand these strong peices. Yes I keep the polish on. Other wise ball hooks in mid lane. NO VOLUME IS THE PROBLEM. THANKS 👍
One more thing I DONT PLAY THE TRACK I stand on 32 look at three to four boards left of fith dot and shape it. TWEENER.MY FRIENDS young and old like the way my ball reacts JUST LIMITED ON BALL CHOICES.THANKS 😅

I read the specs as provided sir. Not mad if that changes and it becomes a hybrid. :)
803 is a cover formula not cover type. There could be solid pearl or hybrid.
Just give us the numbers, not all the BS..
