For my 93 D350, my son has 4" running from the S300 turbo, through the Ford intercooler and the intake horn. He TIG welded the 4" pipe from the intercooler up to the horn. All the new 4" pipes are bead rolled. What really needs to be done is the head ported to flow better. I haven't had a ported head for 10+ years and it is missed dearly.
I actually found a refurbished factory radio I believe on Vevor's site online. It doesn't have bluetooth but does have the aux plug. I just had to get the one with the CD/Cassette, equalizer and balancer stick. Those were the top stereos available back then. I still got some old CD's I can play through it. And I bet I can find some of my old tapes too. It was kinda pricey but worth it to me. Loving the truck brother. Can't wait to see the road trip vid, and keep us posted on the OG.
I understand E250 wheel cylinders bolt in and don't require bending of the brake lines like the GM cylinders do. '94 E250 1 3/16"th bore size. 89-93 at the Cummins website non powertrain "Dana 70 brake conversion kit" title.
The radio looks good to me, but I definitely would’ve been upset if I spent that much on it and it fit like that. If the company actually fixes it then they’re amazing tho
I tried to send you a photo of my new hat and truck on your website contact email. It was returned to me as undeliverable. Great work on your projects.

That tree getting the side of the truck as you load it up. It’s always something! Lol

Congrats on finishing it!
What was used for the backing on the headliner?
Awesome job well done!
The royal purple gear oil already has the additive in it.
that head liner is awesome!
I recently added a coolant pressure gauge from MaxTow as I've been having a terrible time with radiator caps.

I love your channel, never miss an episode!!!
I want a diesel Dogde, even though I am a GMC/Oldsmobile guy :-)
Did you consider doing a disc brake conversion on that Dana 70?
I did but didn't have time. But this drums setup was in great shape
Hey Tim, what rpm does Long Bed Larry run at 60? I didn't realize he had 4.10 gearing. He will pull anything you hook him to!
You need an exhaust brake to make it complete.
Such a sweet build!
Wow. I'd buy an extended cab head liner.
Brother, 2 things. Amsoil squeeze bags and a MightyVac.
So what became of the truck you were building for the Air Force guy
Looking great david

My first gen three-quarter ton came with a 60🤷♂️
With a cummins!?
@@decentgarage Yes and 89VE also had a 410 U joint what’s your thought?
@@jbird21122 interesting. My 60 had the 410 ujoint as well. Yours must have been an early production truck to have the 60
When ordering a belt I was told that 89 had a split year so there is 89 and 89.5 Mine being built in the first part of the year
I want the headliner for my reg cab and my extended cab
Badass 🔥💯🤙
Next video should be “how to clean oil off the driveway “
👍🏻
🤘🏼💪🏼🦅🇺🇸
Not a fan of Royal Purple. I've been watching people that do reviews on both oil filters and oils.
How much? I seen the for sale sign at the event
