I got off T for four months....I couldn’t take it anymore. I was angry and couldn’t help it. Very snappy and annoyed by everything. And my hips came back. I almost lost my mental. Smh. First shot back on and I’m back calm and not as bothered about thing.
Dude, I was so worried about that too because hair loss is hella common on both sides of my family. I'm almost 3 years on T and I haven't lost any hair. Still super thick and same texture. Don't be scared of T. Even if you do start to lose hair, there are tons of things you can use to minimize it. Regardless, I wish you well.
see about different types of T. Gels, Capsules, Patches, etc. If you ever plan to go back on. Just know you have options and you're not limited to just shots.
Are the men in your family bald? That kinda tells you what you will probably look like. Look at the men on your mom’s side and your own dad. That is what you will probably look like. So, do you feel “masculine” enough? I couldn’t see myself stopping T because I am having male pattern side effects. That is my whole point...to look more like I feel. If it comes with a bald head I guess I’m gonna have a bald head. Good luck with your journey!
That’s the problem I’m adopted I don’t know what my dad looks like. I did grow up with two half brothers but I haven’t seen them for about 4 years so I don’t know if they are going bald yet. And yeah I feel masculine enough at this point because all the main effects of T like deep voice, bottom growth and facial hair are permanent. I think all I can do now to look more masculine is get top surgery and maybe cut my hair but for now I’m happy.thanks man good luck on yours as well👍🏾👍🏾

That’s great your hair stayed the same. Yeah if I ever start taking T again I’ll definitely find some type of product to minimize the hair loss 👍🏾👍🏾
